Hi there and welocme to David Yost Insanity! In case you dont know who David Yost is (and i dont see why you shouldnt!) he played the Blue Ranger 'Billy Cranston' in 'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' (1993-1996) and he was briefly in 'Power Rangers Zeo' (1996) where he worked in the 'Power Chamber' fixing Zords and helpin the other Rangers. In the beginning and for the most of Season 1 Billy was portrayed as a geek, he wored large, thick framed Silver glasses, spoke in a techno jargon fashion, and wore overalls (this is how i was Impressed with David Yosts' acting!) He also had zero confidence and very, very little fighting ability. Despite all this he had four good, caring and very accepting friends ( Jason Scott (red), Zack Taylor (Black), Kimberly Hart (Pink) and Trini Kwan (Yellow). These friends stood by him and actually got Billy out of his 'shell' which was his overalls and technospeak. In season 2 Billy appeared more confident and lost the silver framed geeky glasses which were replace by the more fashinable thin gold frames as you see in the pic at the top of the page. Also noted was his fighting skills which were improved from the first season. Also noticed that he began to speak more plainly and actually had a few admirers. By season 3 Billy lost his glasses all together and he was a 'red belt' in karate thanks to the leader of the Rangers Tommy Oliver (White) learning him some pretty good katas. There was hardly any Technospeak heard and he was very confident with girls and interacting with the others( by this time the team was Rocky De Santos (Red), Adam Park (Black, Katherine Hillard (Pink) and Aisha Campbell (Yellow).
