Everyone wears a mask
To hide themselves from crying
Some are afraid, some even feel like they are dying

Some are just scared, to let their tears flow
To say Im sorry, to declare their love, to let their
true feelings show

Some are frightened to let their guards down, to be free..
To be honest, to be themselves, to be filled with glee

But dont be afraid, for the other person feels the exact same way
They feel what you feel, each and every day

God gave you a unique personality, talents that you do not own
God gave you a life, a life that is just a loan

God gave you a million blank sheets, what will you do with those?
Will you fill them up with things that are considered GROSS?

Will you fill them with good things, fulfilled dreams, true love
Will you follow Satan, or the One sitting up above??

We only have one chance to enjoy this precious gift called LIFE
To experience happiness, love, sorrow, pain
That cuts sharply like a knife

So dont waste your time, seeking glory, seeking wealth,
Dont waste your time, being angry, not caring about your health

You may be rich, you may be successful, but if your life is lived like this

As I slowly take my mask off
I feel naked.. I feel blue
I thought noone would accept me
I thought they would hate me too

Cuz when you have no mask

No longer the FAKE clone..

But I have to strong to do what I did

When I took that mask off
I am glad.. cuz I am finally FREE :)
