Anorexia nervosa clutches his skin
His body is frail and used
His face a sickly shade of gray
His clothes cling to his thin body
Always a size too big
Swallowing his hollow bones
Depression has taken over
And enforced sadness in his soul
His sparkly eyes no longer shine.
His cheeks are sunken in
Creating a skeleton effect
Which doesn’t flatter his 110lb. body any
The few fruits he ate did him no justice
Paranoia fills his head
As so called "conspiracies" pile up
And at last it’s out for all to see
Slowly the weight begins to appear
And the depression is medicated
His eyes regain some sparkle
And parts of his old self shine through
