For 4 small or 2 large drinks you will need:-
500ml chilled milk
175g strawberries
a little drinking chocolate
Method
step 1:- Put aside one strawberry for each drink. Cut the rest of the strawberries into very small pieces. Mash them with a fork.
Step 2:- Put the milk into a plastic jug with a snap on lid. Add the mashed strawberry. Snap on lid and shake until the drink is bubbly and frothy.
Step 3:- Pour into glasses. Sprinkle a little drinking chocolate powder on top. Make a cut in the base of each whole strawberry. Push them onto the rim of the glass..
