Fruit Smoothie

for this you will need:-

1 ripe mango

250ml apple juice

75ml plain or vanilla yoghurt


step 1:- Peel the mango . Chop and mash the flesh. Put into a bowl.

step 2:- Add the apple juice and the yoghurt.

step 3:- Use a whisk and stir and beat the mixture until smooth, Pour into glass.
