Now, there are some rules when submitting a piece, so please
follow them
PG-13 rated holt. Violence is not really all that necessary, unless the
of course it is part of a theme ( i.e Tearblade's savage nature)
That goes erotic scenes aswell. Only allowed if it helps with character
development
If your submission contains a character belonging to some one else, I will
get their approval before posting it, or with their permission I can give
you their e-mail and you can do a collaboration or something
Please try and keep modern day expressions out of it
Take into account a characters past history, what may have recently happened
to one of their relatives, and their bond animal
This goes for the countryside, There will be a map up, and creating territory
out of your head ain't allowed unless your elf decides to wander into the
lands beyond the human town, or travel the mountains to the North ( which
they really shouldn't) don't create a place with out describing its location.
Magic. This is tricky, due to the vary nature of the location of the Holt.
Some of the elves have great magic ( i.e Tarrata, Riverwise) but an self
created characters should keep magic down. That said, there are many skills
which the could cultivate.
Comedy. These elves need some laughter, make use of the children's innocence
or Soulsoarer's preoccupation, or the preservers for that matter.
Please send me an updated profile if your character changes in anyway,
so I can keep the other members informed. The old profiles will be put
in an archive, for the use of those who wish to write about their characters
participation in past event ( e.g the arrival of the gliders, or Glowsun's
death)
