After Japan attacked Pearl Harbor and was defeated, Japan agreed to have no military. With peace, Japan's police have gained strength, and now US is conceding medium range Patriot Missiles, so they can better protect their surrounding waters on which they heavily rely for fishing (:ANC & White House photo by Paul Morse). Japan was beaten with firebombing the killed a Million people and injured 1.3 Million with 1/4th of Japan's urban population scattering, followed by nuclear strikes (:Errol Morris), a warning to warring nations as to risks, even when odds seem favorable, as with surprise attacks (:ANC). Government and corporations need to be able to come-out-of-the-closet, so to speak, in a way that partially safeguards their interests when they discover their own wrongdoing. Aside from the traditional guilty / plea bargaining scenario, less burden should be placed on the DOJ (also speeding the judgement satisfaction process). Legislation standardization as ANC in recent days proposed, needs to work toward mutual satisfaction, much the way Quality Assurance operates in a corporate environment. Rather than condemning whistleblowers, for instance, suggestion box helpers might be rewarded (not for criminal intent, rather for the goodly part). Also world peace is not a matter of isolated interests, as much a matter of the big picture, necessarily as a matter of fact of complexities as arise from for instance, management of utilities, and while the UN has great value, the more value is with the US Declaration and Constitution; in other words to not only lead yet to rather continue leading, and let them be anxious to work as we work (:ANC). DEA Report to Congress on US dominance over Afghanistan opium: Afghanistan resumed it's #1 position with regard to opium in 2002. Even though "containment" arrests at the border increased 28 times, 1,278 metric tons of potential oven-dried opium produced in 2002 increased to 4,475 metric tons in 2005. Opium can be converted to legal morphine, or [illegal in the US, but legal in some countries] herion. Afghanistan remained the source of approximately 92% of the global illicit opium supply. Similar to what Whistleblowers found in the US (see ANC News Article 2/16/06), the DEA found in Afghanistan "corruption at all levels of government to include civil, legislative, and law enforcement components. Other reports indicate that officials are indirectly involved or are willfully blind to the illicit activities of traffickers who operate within their areas of responsibility." (:ANC). ANC Exclusive: Conspiracy In High Places: Leaders of the CIA (:ANC / Old American Century, OAC), the Bin Laden Family, Republicans, and Democrats, are all playing the same corrupt game at the cost of innocent lives, in order to be in-charge. The problem is the killing of people, the torture, the havoc that comes from war, and the fact that the corrupt monopoly has become worse than the threat it first faced (real or imagined). Under Democrat President Bill Clinton (:ANC), in 1998 the Senate found in Official Testimony of former CIA director James Woolsey, "powerful financier Khalid bin Mahfouz’ younger sister is married to Osama bin Laden," (:OAC). In tracing lines of conspiracy, the CIA Testimony is similar to saying before-the-fact of 9/11, that California [would] attack New York, since Unocal (Chevron & Texaco) is located in San Ramon, California, US, (:ANC) and since "UNOCAL's partner in the Cent-Gas trans-Afghan pipeline consortium, the Saudi Company Delta Oil is owned by the bin Mahfouz and Al-Amoudi" (:OAC). Also arises the concern that US Congress was aware of this prior to 9/11 as the CIA so informed the Senate, as the behest of the Senate. Texaco evidently had no small role in the matter, as Texas is the Bush Family claim to fame; while the Chinese / Cuban proximity to Florida, as the natural entry point to the US, also serves under Governor Jeb Bush, while the Chinese take-over the Gulf oil in the conspiracy balance of giving favors, similar to the Chinese take-over of Iraqi oil. Unocal and others do many goodly things, but that's not what the more important matter is at the moment since such is increasingly undone as evidenced in the failing wars and torture, largely the Republican machine. As governments increasingly fail to take their responsibilities seriously, as evidenced by Pearl Harbor and 9/11, and as revealed in this Article of global corporations without oversight, worse to come is logically, so government corruption must cease or be halted (:ANC). Oil conspiracy! The US Declaration of Independence and Constitution were formed to have government protect the governed. So here's an easy question with regard to the alleged energy crisis: Are they acting more to protect the governed, or more to appease special interests? It's easy to separate fact from fiction, that is, it's widely known oil companies and other companies sell their products, and might have specialized sales techniques involving lobbyists; also companies may or may not care if your employer goes out of business. The fact is government leaders intentionally do not always reasonably work to properly protect the governed, and misrepresent the governed. Many government leaders have blamed party (or "Family" as some have put it) lines when they are legally supposed to vote on issues properly. If [as they put it] party lines are responsible, then the above chart is true. Both lines, Republicans and Democrats, have voted to increase what the governed pay at the pump. And government has acknowledged oil companies are making profits so excessive as to warrant repeated investigations. The truth is, US government used to be very honorable, but is now increasingly corrupt as history shows, and as the governed increasingly don't trust government leadership. Compare the governed in the days of George Washington: they knew how bad government could be, and they risked their lives to do better for their nation, their children, and for us (:ANC). Republicans for instance have verbally attacked ANC, demanding to know who is behind ANC, as if ANC is a front for something else. The truth is, people are increasingly interested in saving this nation and the world, and the grassroots approach is needed, as government leaders increasingly fail. President Bush was found guilty yesterday by the US Supreme Court. The case involved illegal "war crimes trials" (:USAT). The Supreme Court found Bush has violated the Geneva Conventions of international agreement that covers treatment of prisoners of war (:Reuters) and US military rules, as potential terrorists continue to be fumbled by the Bush administration (:ANC & WSJ). Oil for food is slavery. But what is food? Last year US government decided companies can put the "USDA ORGANIC" food label on products that are not "ORGANIC", that is, on products that are synthetic. Aside from poisonous pesticides, companies can call synthetics: food. As if it was grown from the ground, or as if it was a living entity, the governed are eating chemicals (ANC / Cooking Light p20). Today, laws require that if a chemist dies while working with synthetic chemicals, an autopsy must be performed. As ANC recently reported, at least 89% of senior citizens use drugs, but interaction precautions are not listed on many foods, and perhaps never at restaurants. Even so-claimed inert synthetics can do damage, such as to clog human internal systems, along with amplification of harm by antibodies collecting in-situ. People know junk-food kills. Oil money or nothing: In 1900 JP Morgan, who became the head of the first Billion dollar corporation, financed inventor and engineer Nikola Tesla who worked to construct a wireless power generation plant. Prior to completion, JP Morgan wanted to know where to put the "meter" to charge customers, but Tesla was working to provide free power, so JP Morgan ended the project. JP Morgan went-on to finance US government, and to control newspapers and many industries, including energy companies, banking and building the Titanic. Many, including scientists, have claimed that free energy is a myth, but the facts do not agree with that opinion. For instance, aside from solar rays, solar plasma abounds (see ANC previous articles); magnets allow ease of lateral motion; underground housing cools in summer and warms in winter; and there is a myriad of examples (see previous ANC articles) of situation specific energy production of great values, but government continues to fail to lead businesses and individuals properly, to instead illegally opt to win favor with oil profiteers (:ANC). Republicans have unfairly burdened future generations with horrible debt for an illegal Iraqi War that continues, while in his Opening Statement of Henry M. Paulson, Jr. before the Senate Finance Committee in his Hearing for US Treasury Secretary, nominee Henry Paulson blamed Social Security: a drop in the bucket compared to the enormous debt Republicans have already created and continue to enlarge. Evidently, according to the first step Paulson proposes shows he is oblivious of the facts and is not fit to do the accounting related work associated with the Office, or more likely is not fit as he is intentionally seeking to not work in the public's best interest (:ANC). ACLU fails to uphold the US Constitution: American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU, is suing a school to remove it's wall-mounted picture of the "Head of Christ". In doing so, ACLU acts to illegally break US Constitution Article VII. Also, ACLU breaks Amendment 1. Not only a religious matter, ACLU is acting to eradicate education, logically speaking. If ACLU claims the picture offensive, then it is not to be weighed on religious grounds, and is artwork within community standards, in this case the school. An ACLU member told ANC, "I went to one of their huge meetings, and they didn't discuss the important issues, and their concern to remove a picture was not discussed and is not my concern, it's not even on my priority list. Euro rising steadily against the Japanese Yen. The Pound shows a range of variance, yet that range continues to steadily rise. US reserves continue to fall in the Euro and Yen. After a long slide, many countries have strong performance in recent months. Hong Kong Dollar and Chinese Yuan follows the US Dollar trend over the past year. (:ANC). Wednesday June 28, 2006. 

US Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke has not kept his promise to continue interest rates as per the predecessor's trend. Alarming many, stocks have jolted, although the setback may be bottoming-out as the dollar bounce-down a step is countered by other monetary subsystems (see above Article). That is, the Fed surprise is not welcomed by many, although a clamp on inflation was needed, as Ben Bernanke had stated. And while the US led and lifted the global economy over some years, now for a change those economies will expectedly lift the US "even if Republicans do take the credit.", as one global economist noted (name withheld), also saying "We had a very leaky boat. China has come a long way to open trade. Turkey is no longer outcast as the UN investigates US torture. Bush has Iraq, and only pushes Iran when he feels pressured by [close friends]. Darfur was a big hole in the boat, but it's been plugged and the fighting has ceased. Much can be made in war, but it's a huge risk and that risk alone damages economies, making targets of innocent businesses that invest responsively to end such war funding. We have come over many hurdles and second-world-nations are picking-up the pieces. Better than a bailout, many are pulling together to boost free trade." (:ANC). Wednesday June 28, 2006.

Merged: Republicans becoming Democrats. Perhaps strange but true, today there are bleeding-heart Republicans, giving to the poor overseas. Historically Republicans were outraged by bleeding-heart Democrats, even wrongly calling such: giving aid to the enemy. The White House has just asked for further international assistance. With this new bleeding-heart approach and the demand for "full liberalization" (see May 18, 2006 pic), the one-party-system is once again an emerging concern. Such is not democracy, it is dictatorship. Under relativity, 2 parties is better in a balance of equating solutions, although a house divided cannot endure. Therefore it is logical that the global governance protect it's banking, utility, and public interests to form under the US Constitution one standard requiring a 3 party system (:ANC). Illegal bid-rigging and price-fixing global cartel conspiracies were recently caught by the FBI, involving US and international businesses. Included were a brokerage firm (with an auction scam involving furs); Samsung "the world's largest manufacturer of a common computer component called dynamic random access memory", DRAM (3 executives "agreed to plead guilty and to serve jail time"); education contract steering; and price-fixing conspiracies involving concrete, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium perborates (:ANC). In related news, the SEC charged Morgan Stanley with failure to control insider information in the past decade. Morgan Stanley manages $625 Billion of assets, with 63% of revenue from institutional securities, and offers Discover which a user comments "offers better bonus incentives than other major credit cards" (:ANC (name withheld)(ANC may or may not use Discover and/or other)). Gas prices: Tomorrow ANC plans to offer an expose' on the so-called "gas shortage", revealing who is responsible, as the-facts-are-in and need some verification analysis (:ANC). Oil surpassed $72 / barrel (:Bloomberg). Wednesday June 28, 2006. 

Remote sensing continues to be vital to global control, but the focus remains on traditional satellite imagery. In this age of technology advancing at the speed of computers, it is important to understand satellite technology has been around over a half century. Satellites are not new high technology, as for instance the US National Reconnaissance Office and as for instance businesses insist. The power to read a license plate, pales in comparison to the DMV website where the plate number is not only clear, yet also includes owner name, address, and more. As US Appropriations Member Senator Arlen Specter indicated, US needs to focus on the real high tech sensory information, being those portions of the Internet useful toward fair reconnaissance / computerized logic, analysis unto mutual benefit, and national security. 50 year old technology has value. Current technology has more value. From aircraft carriers not limited to water, as A Check Exact proposed to Timken years ago, to energy that reflects energy for direct readings, government in comparison all too often is stuck in perceptual constancies rather than in system inherent automatic communication consciousness. In other words, complex machines do things humans often fail to comprehend, such as a signal at the North Pole moving material at the South Pole. To humans the poles are invisible and not even real. Yet such movement of material is real. The pole is largely a theory, an intersection on a map, virtually devoid of perceptual constancies applicable. Europe's leading human rights body, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, today passed a resolution accusing a range of European states of colluding with the illegal US abduction and incarceration of terrorist suspects who were then secretly sent to where "torture is practiced" (:Radio Free Europe). Tuesday June 27, 2006. 

Republican former entertainer California Governor Schwarzenegger seems to have bitten-off more than he can chew as he may borrow much more money or perhaps free many prisoners, as the largest US prison system is dangerously overcrowded, so much that he called an emergency meeting (:NM) as California resources flow to federal immigrant projects after having butted heads with Bush (:ANC). In related news, Republicans / Treasury again seek to get rid of some or all Social Security benefits (:WSJ). In other related news: Thousands of prisoners are being released in Iraq (:CNN (Note: last night Jon Stewart accused CNN of making-up stories (:Daily Show))). Tuesday June 27, 2006. 

Ignorance in high places: President Bush just made an Official Executive Order. To comply, for instance, if attacked by Brazil, the US must alert Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Canada, and other "American people". A professor reports "Having just made English the US language, it's been bad enough to say global when using conversational English, but Bush's Executive Order is meant to specifically be the opposite of what it actually reads," since the US doesn't want to leak information to the attacker; "of course unless Bush planned it that way in similarity to his 9/11 business dealings." (:ANC (name withheld)). In related news, even though "Bush creates more terrorism than he stops" according to an ANC reader comment, Bush ratings rose from 33 to 38 as many US investors in Southeast Asia are pleased (:ANC), although the US Supreme Court is now investigating whether President Bush is intentionally endangering the global environment (:ENN) perhaps for corrupt reasons and perhaps more than Saddam Hussein did when he burnt oil fields (:ANC), and although $1.1 Billion in bank fraud corruption was just revealed at China's largest state-owned bank, which "underscores risks foreign investors face." (:Washington Post). Tuesday June 27, 2006. 

$10 Trillion US mortgage market means government is thrilled that citizens are addicted to loans and over-borrowing, in light of the borrowing trend and government leadership of same. This amounts to a value 2 and 1/2 times larger than Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac GSEs combined. Here's how it works: If you borrow for instance $250,000 for a house, you stir the economy that much, such as to pay for carpenters and landscapers, so that means it is $250,000 less US government has to borrow to meet payroll. The complication in recent years arose when GSEs did not match bond yields, and government corruption stepped-in to augment the problem. In other words, if you borrow $250,000 for a house but then use part of the money for a car the value is often reduced over time (:ANC / Dollar Collapse). Tuesday June 27, 2006.



GOLF MAGAZINE, GM (no affiliation unless otherwise stated), recommends golfers "PLAY AT...The World Series of Poker", stating "This Las Vegas summer shootout has great golf, too" (:ANC / GMCS pS2). Addiction plots may change, but the addiction theme remains fundamental to many businesses, particularly when focusing on disposable income, which can be a foot in the door to attaching non-disposable income. Addiction is not a victimless crime, and the victims are not to blame save to the extent of such crime. The perpetrating governments and businesses would be to blame if not for government treating addiction as a right. A conspiracy addict and / or victim hardly has any choice. Similar to mind control, it is government [and business] education in the wrong direction. Entertainment is not the problem with regard to addiction, compared to the systematic reliance on addicts for income to fund government [and businesses]. Many of those in power have children and need to start thinking of them. Accounting practices entrenched in impulse budgeting tend to harm children, compared to long range planning that can also include immediate benefit (:ANC). In GOLF MAGAZINE on page 75 is "Gambling" in huge font at the top of the page, with "naked" in large font at mid page, and a picture of an objectified girl, perhaps 3 years old showing her legs and underwear, and described as one of the "prizes.". Whether taken out-of-context or intentional, this is a report of the facts, and it seems to ANC that the editorial layout is intentional with regard to addictive behavior context. Page 75 is innocent, but not to many addicts. Many businesses and governments know this is true. Governments and others prey on children, on addicts, and many others, instead of seeking the proper solution. Innocence is not the problem, corrupt government is. Freedom of the press is not the problem, carelessness is. Hobbies are not the problem, greed is. Information is not the problem, ignorance is (:ANC / GMCS (see following Article)). "Only gambling remains a problem.", an addict (name withheld) explained as he did the cycle: became addicted, went to rehab, and became addicted again. He "owed" $4 Million to gambling, and the story continues. The professional borrowed against his job and lost that for awhile. He lost his family and long-time friendship, and was at the "heart" of adverse situations as with his dad who pulled a gun on him, and there was other crime, and prison as he affected others. He lost $60 Million from time to time (:Golf Magazine Cover Story, GMCS) and still evidently believes he can win, yet doesn't want to be addicted. The only thing unusual about this story is he was able to increasingly finance it for awhile (:ANC / GMCS). Hundreds of Millions of people cause such distress and crime everyday, whether with gambling, video gaming, alcohol, drugs, or other, as VGC has proven, there is one standard solution. But there is a group against VGC. The group creates crime and blames the victim. The group makes money by abusing victims. The group is government. Government has repeatedly affirmed the VGC fairness standard as uniquely correct, but the evidence historically shows government would rather create crime than good, for various reasons (ANC file link), rather than have the far greater VGC benefit to all (:ANC). The foot of the Cross: US government loves gambling addiction. It's big money. Yet the story of gambling for the clothes of our Lord Jesus Christ, hardly scratches the surface of the damage gambling addiction does [except that the story is about Christ, that is,] as gambling addiction is strongly correlated with increasing criminal activities among people. In other words, it is typical to find an addict influencing others to commit various crimes. As in the above Article, a gambling addict is often at the cause of many becoming corrupt. Repeat customer addicts are the main part of the gambling income, often treated with greater honor for being addicted. South Carolina, SC, for example made over $2 Billion since 2001 from lottery, but offers addicts little more than a phone number to call if addicted. The caller reaches the SC Social Services Department. Gambling addiction is increasing, but as shown in yesterday's ANC Chart on "Federal Grants-in-Aid to State & Local Governments", treatment is not keeping pace with what it was, which was already short of the only comprehensive standard which was established by VGC over a decade ago. People wrongly imagine government fights addictive behavior, but generally the opposite is true. Many SC people wrongly imagine the bulk of lottery proceeds benefit education, but since 2001 proceeds to education have only averaged 28.6667% as gambling has tripled, even though many Officials such as SC Senator Wes Hayes promised VGC such would not happen, and if it did, he would have self-funding VGC coordinate medical treatment and many crime related matters government cannot lawfully do itself and for which the third-party VGC must do as he agreed, to ameliorate the problems (:ANC). ANC Exclusive Investigations last week revealed Bush ties to slavery or otherwise illegally controlled people is far more pervasive than ANC has been able to find on television, in political campaigns, or other. Through personal contact interviews (names withheld), the intentional breaking of the law with the abuse to humans, for the personal financial gain of George W. Bush is alarming. But the leader is hardly the greater part of the problem. Bush is the front for a network that used to be isolated mobs. Today the network is a unified body; when a subsystem fails to make money, a replacement automatically emerges. Accordingly democracies emerge to sustain the larger monopoly. Hence the system repairs itself but fails to repair problems. The logic cap is the circle of repair, as the helical value is not used to advance civilization, as projected in the GodMath Testament. In other words, the new inventions are thwarted because the human individual is not freed, meaning, not given equality in opportunity as a value of a family is not greater than the laws of all families, even though the law is made for the family and not family for the law. In a given moment, if a system represent corruption according to monopoly, then that system fails, not just that subsystem. Therefore the corrupt family must be removed from power lest such monopolize the system; that is, if the family refuses to recognize it's own members as corrupt if corrupt, then that who family is guilty. More US leaks and wrong finger-pointing: "While the government was busy subpoenaing the reporters who they thought may have leaked confidential Grand Jury secrecy material" in healthcare "they must have been surprised to find out that they themselves were the source of a leak." (:White Collar Crime). ANC has had a multitude of medical information illegally leaked to ANC, without any prompting on the part of ANC. Illegal ongoing disclosures to ANC include personal data, their medical condition details, funds info, and more. From SEC to healthcare to some of the latest technological related matters, information is illegally being leaked to ANC, although ANC is not publishing same. An ANC spokesperson comments "Some may be whistleblowers, while some are merely mistakes built-into their systems, although details are not disclosed here. Government legal enforcement has stated their hands are tied due to contracts, but that just isn't true. Our policy is that if information is submitted, ANC may or may not print. But if someone submits info that deals with illegal activities, ANC properly functions accordingly, through proper channels responsible for handling same, with proper expertise, as government is supposed to have. Yet ANC often investigates where government evidently does not concern itself, so solves without government knowledge; as do some others in the media, bringing to better light guidance opportunities. Town hall meetings or terrorists? The FBI states there is "a new brand of terrorism...smaller, more loosely defined individuals and cells who are not affiliated with al Qaeda," in the US. As true as that has been evidenced, it would be comforting to read the FBI definition of what groups are not terrorists, such as regarding religious meetings, meetings to compare energy devices, and so on; and what the FBI plans to do to overcome those who want to wrongly monopolize such groups collectively, as seen with the trend of increasing conspiracy findings among officials (:ANC). $2.6 Trillion financial illiteracy of mortgage-backed securities that real estate market guarantees, and moreover, at least in the context of Republican US Treasury reform legislation, the Treasury Department is on record suggesting that this line of credit will only be utilized under very limited circumstances, according to the US Treasury; that is, "incorrect belief is Fannie Mae's and Freddie Mac's line of credit with the Treasury Department" is significant but rather a "$2.25 billion line of credit is insignificant and virtually meaningless in the context of outstanding debt obligations of $766 billion for Fannie Mae and $749 billion for Freddie Mac, not to mention the additional", according to the US Treasury (:ANC 19). So the Republican US Treasury calls Democrat conspiracy insignificant in the related scandal, and instead blames the market (:ANC) in the hope of watching and protecting each other's back (each others' leadership, Republican Party for Democrat Party and Democrat Party for Republican Party) in Illuminati conspiracy profiling of evidenced motivational factors, such as tied-into the total failure with regard to hijack-based "war games" exercises in regard to 9/11 in view of the public being aware of failed National Security with Pearl Harbor; that is, the failure of checks and balances when the 2 mainline parties merge (:ANC 15 / Conspiracy Archive). The Bush family helped Hitler rise to power, just as the Bush family helped and helps the Arabian Bin Laden family rise in power (9/11 terrorists were Arab, and World Trade Center covered their US transactions). The Bush family has been known for deep involvement in slavery, such as currently in India, for example. The Bush family "made use of Nazi slave labour from the concentration camps, including Auschwitz.", some prisoners of which sued the Bush family. To say the Bush family financed Hitler is true. It is also a gross understatement, as the Bush family setup the world's largest private [secretive] Bank to handle the family [Fritz] Thyssen funds involved. It seems Hitler eventually became desperate and turned on the family and tried to take the funds, so in the moment the Bush family had the US win against Hitler (:ANC (see next Article above)). The Hitler related Bush activity became the start of the cartels; the "the cartels have been on an offensive to completely eliminate the sovereign nation-state and the American System of political economy," (:EIR) or in other words, cartels destroy political viewpoints, making drugs and [in perspective of the greater whole] even banks so associated [in exchange for long-term bank power] (:ANC / EIR & GU) as otherwise bank monopolies over sectors were established (:EIR). It also became the controlling interest in governments, as with Dulles (there is a "Dulles" International Airport, Washington DC) who "represented the Bank of England and the J.P. Morgan firm." and who was the "First Secretary of the American Embassy in Berlin", and as with Schacht, "a minor official of the Allied-created German banking authority, who would later emerge as the architect of the Nazi slave-labor, war economy in the 1930s.". There was the "American System of political economy. With Dad's Day or "Father's Day" coming Sunday, along with the first day of Summer, Wednesday, many are looking to taking families to the great outdoors. President Bush just Officially made huge national park on the less traveled islands there, including a vast archipelago with coral reefs and marine life. As the oceans have nearly become a wasteland devoid of life due to unmanaged fishing, this can be a great help as part of what the President calls "A Commitment to Good Stewardship of Our Natural Resources". Censorship by the White House has increased: Even though many logically view censorship as terrorism and communism, the White House signed the "Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act of 2005", "which increases the maximum penalties for violations by broadcasters of Federal prohibitions against broadcast of obscene, indecent, or profane language." Censorship has value, yet typically lack of censorship and lack of filtering often has far greater value. To censure people for instance from yelling "Bomb!" in a theater has value, but to censure an adult news report which includes cussing, may be censuring valuable meanings. Such is not to advocate cussing, rather to logically opt to learn about a viewpoint even if that viewpoint is wrong as a whole, yet with understanding of viewpoints comes the understanding of the body, since to have a pure body is to bring light to every aspect and not censorship, save the counted as unable to comprehend, such as our children. To yell "Bomb!" is about a quick response, so righteous censorship is mainly time and severity dependent. But for instance a psychology broadcast on Tourettes Syndrome case studies would be remiss if not to include what the White House just called illegal (:ANC). Friday June 16, 2006. 



Republicans illegally censured Democrat Representative William Jefferson with the stripping of his committee assignment last night while a federal bribery investigation ensues. The US Constitution declares the one law applies to all people, and is not just against Democrats. As shown toward the bottom of this page, far more horrendous corruption conspiracies have been practiced including guilty judgments, but Republicans do not censure nor otherwise "strip" such Republicans and do not therefore administer law fairly (:ANC / NM). Iran nuclear problems continue, even though Bush offered Iran modern aircraft equipment. An ANC reader succinctly commented "I guess Bush wants Iran, who he calls terrorists, to fly low over New York and other major cities and wave their wings to show how friendly they've become. Maybe a bunch of them will drop by the White House", adding "First the White House wanted inspections and refused to talk to them, then offered jet parts, and now the White House doesn't seem interested in what inspectors have to say.". A European group offered Iran a nuclear plant, and China and Russia have offered support for the "building of new light water reactors in Iran," the International Atomic Energy Agency said, and also reported as of yesterday Iran was not cooperating with inspectors (:ANC). White House approved new safety laws including penalties against violators in the mining industry: "Mine Improvement and New Emergency Response Act of 2006," changes Federal mine safety and rescue team requirements, stiffens penalties against mine safety violations, establishes a new Office of Mine Safety and Health, authorizes mining scholarship programs, and a mine safety grant program to provide for mining education and training programs. Although the change President George W. Bush made would increase electricity / coal fuel costs, and the costs of certain ores and metals in the near future, the long term vision is of great benefit economically, while more importantly saving lives and promoting health at the source, rather than at the hospital (:ANC). Opinions: In the past there have been televised discussions and preaching against polls and opinions, having been associated with unreliable data, along with questions often formed to intentionally confuse the issue to push matters of faction advocacy and bias. Now, in light of yesterday's ANC News on the unique USCS Standard, with initiation from the top according to having priorities straight, we can see the beginning of the creation of methodology to render facts from fiction, and to derive logic from opinionated debates. As this progression develops, grows, and evolves into higher consciousness of reasoning, reward reaping will be gathering as never before. USCS works to make use of logic according to current definitions. Such is important because current definitions are according to current opinion, that is according to general agreement. USCS therefore forms a new language of forming definitions according to same, save introducing the forming of definitions also according to technical expertise per field of experts agreeing experts. In other words, USCS would begin to introduce accuracy in definitions and senses in one Standard language. If for instance, people can't agree on definitions, so much more difficult it is count that they would have an obstacle to agreeing on greater matters, if USCS is not logically accepted for honing matters of faith unto more clear understandings as logic increasingly would thereof reveal such even more excellent progress (:ANC). Logically therefore, just as standards are cross-referenced and compiled into one comprehensive main title document; so too the US Declaration of Independence and Constitution and prior pertinent descriptive concerns on the one hand, along with post Constitution Articles, Amendments, and codes and lesser on the other hand; need to be kept in reference toward indicator and for future detailing, yet need to have a new statement with new title, more than a restatement, and rather a new more precise law from the top and through the whole, commensurate with this current civilization, with the laws of the land and realm and influence detailing degrees of influence applications, and commensurate with the privileges and liberties to be reasonably afforded. So the US Constitution would remain intact and in-force, yet except as at the Supreme Court or similar level of question, the new US Constitution Specification, USCS, would be the logical Title of the new comprehensive US [laws of the land]. Otherwise the US secret "Order", the GSE, Homeland Security, CIA, and so on of intelligence, enforcement, and even closed-door-discussions, might be subject to improper bias. The new USCS system would be a leap in profitability, from the US General Fund, to GSE funding, to Free Enterprise, to Global Security with humanity and fairness in trade, conduct, and principles of rightful freedoms. Just as new comprehensive specifications can streamline business operations while improving quality, so too would USCS (:ANC). Thursday June 15, 2006. 

How to write law: Because the (:ANC) White House, governments, and others have connections to illegal drug trafficking (:Campus Activist), terrorism, torture, money laundering, conspiracies, and so on, the new USCS (see logic for USCS stated in next ANC News Article shown above) requires in addition to closed-door meetings, the open public and otherwise open forums, such as among committees. Therefore in addition to the logic [as required by the US Constitution and the Bible], to have USCS; it is also important likewise, to have properly open and formalized meetings of experts. Therefore not only legal yet also illegal or moot points should be raised, if the USCS is truly to be representatively comprehensive. This is not to undo law, rather to hold priorities straight, and to consider civilization facts, for instances whether discussing controlled substances, DNA code potential applications, or other, such are important facts of an pertinent level of priority. So if illegal yet popular to any degree, then according to the Constitution as we are to consider all parts including Amendment XXI, then therefore we are to consider popularity no longer as merely an opinion, yet rather as a fact, whether toward goodly purpose or toward mob and destructive purpose. If goodly, then continuance as previous, of destructive, then useful in applications toward cutting away waste. Consider similarly how a carpenter can join boards together and can saw-off excess lumber. Logically and Constitutionally, if a person wants freedoms, they are to be welcome according to legally stated applicable degrees per freedom; or if the person wants responsibilities, then according to that same USCS law, they can opt to formally covenant to accept extra legal curtailing away from liberty in accordance with the pertinent responsibilities for which they apply (:ANC). We want freedom. Just as the mob(s) controlled Nevada until corporations took-over, so to there are many underground activities occurring with little if any legal movement to comprehensively manage these properly, and legally, save such as the ANC articles. Freedom is hardly just to be discussed such as by so-called activists. Rather freedom is for all, involving the establishment for all. Just as a Judge can sentence a person to 1 year or 5 years, for instance, so too legislation needs to be flexible to become current, and not just by combinations of extra legalese, rather according to priorities of small laws according to the highest law. Legally there is a freedom need to be addressed, and that point is that illegal activities occur, and that is fact, not opinion. If occurring, then the priority applies. In addition to higher law, a priority level has it's applicable range, such as for instance applicable to the word demand, for instance, being a product of the demand to capture (the importance to quickly capture), and the demand to not capture, such as because it might cause a riot. Further lesser details according to specific applications thereby apply, such as demand involving stocks as compared to demand as involving torture, for instances. So the USCS would hold traditional law, and would also help people understand barter applications, such as for instance a teacher would have freedom to torture a student by scolding that student, yet the teacher would be limited as to frequency and severity, that is the fact of the product of frequency times severity: a rating. $1.6 Billion illegal drugs war annually spent, roughly, by US, just in Central and South America. "In the last two years we have not gotten the (inaudible) result in dropping the areas with illegal drugs.", Colombia President Uribe told President Bush. President Uribe is a personal friend of President Bush. Often many illegal drug or other operations will be allowed to continue and even are helped by the US and others. Although not always able to capture the worst offenders in-charge of complex operations, governments often commit crimes to cut-off-the-head of the organization, while worrying about the balance of that organization later. Sometimes it can be a tremendous task to clean-up government after-the-fact of any such (otherwise?) illegal project, hence the importance of the Whistleblower Act, as part of the system of checks and balances. The war on drugs, and enforcement against crime in general, is therefore illegal, Constitutionally speaking. The USCS standard (described in above ANC News Articles), is therefore needed to be enacted. From politicians lying to covert murder, the US Declaration and Constitution were about a goodly starting point, and now it is time to break-out-of that eggshell and stop feeding on crime. It is important to free criminals properly. If to free people, then to free them according to better law. If a person wants a particular freedom, they must assume responsibility for that freedom, according to the Constitution. While legislation management needs to pass proper expertise, actual resultant law needs to be made simple according to application areas' needs and abilities of each of those area groups to comprehend reasonably; for instance, a drivers license law has a particular level of complexity, yet to drive and also transport drugs is a more exacting level of complexity requiring greater responsibility if to have that level of freedom (:ANC). Global warming is worse than terrorism, as Bill Clinton explained when he was President, is being proven correct time and again, for instance there was a major power outage Sunday in the ANC Headquarters region, lasting all evening. It was the second outage in just a couple days, and with Alberto now present, there may be another outage any minute, as many to the South are without power (:ANC). Africa is making progress on the Green Revolution (:ENN), but big oil, such as Exxon Mobile, fight against those who provide scientific facts, as their Republicans fight against the "Greens" using Fox news as their megaphone (:Think Progress). Bush recently put a Fox executive on his staff. A University professor of oceanography and climatology told ANC "I'm tired of being a babysitter to government and industry so-called experts. Their incredible senselessness is even childish. They refuse to learn the facts and revert to name calling when I show them there is a real danger. They pay for our studies from the general fund [taxpayers and others], so I have to interact with them, but then they refuse to listen to the results. If I could just get them to see that they are hurting future generations, then maybe we could start working together. Right now they twist my words to suit their own interests. The US problem in Somalia (East Darfur), and in Eastern Africa where 1/3rd the population is starving (:ANC): "Having failed to defeat Islamist factions in Somalia through covert action" (:Christian Science Monitor) President Bush plans to put 47,600 metric tons of food in Darfur, later this summer (:ANC). "It's disturbing when you see what appears to be the US government funneling supplies, including arms, to one group that has spent the last 15 years killing innocent civilians," said Jim Bishop, the last US ambassador to Somalia. The US evacuated its embassy there in 1991. In 2001 a movie, Black Hawk Down, was made about a 1993 failed US operation there (:Christian Science Monitor). June 14, 2006. 

Republicans claim to have freed the slaves, and that continues to be wrongly taught in US schools within the context of the Republican former President Abraham Lincoln Emancipation Proclamation, but Lincoln actually wanted to work as the [Klu Klux Klan] has illegally worked for genocide, and as the group continues to desire today; far worse than illegal segregation bigotry, Lincoln wanted to get rid of all Blacks (:Ebony p143). A white or pale person from a long history of their family living and leading in the US adds insight: "We had a huge plantation way back then, and it was not about slavery. A black woman for instance would help raise the white children. There was a rapport and mutual respect, even closer than employee and employer to the best of my knowledge. China and India will enter a nuclear and oil package deal in which China will save money piping oil Iraqi oil to nearby India, while giving India a promise of quick nuclear program development. China will drag it's feet, and meanwhile alternate fuel besides nuclear will emerge" as China is already after the Gulf of Mexico oil with Cuba, which it will likely sell to the US. Meanwhile "China will make deals with other nations new to nuclear energy, to supplement them with Iraqi oil after India, as China gets it's own oil from the South Pacific and Russia. New pipelines will naturally be underground as a barrier against small-time terrorist, who if they start digging, can be caught or easily skuttled. So China will be eventually pipelining oil more globally, as it again expands it's reach.". $1 Trillion estate tax change to make the rich richer, in system "failure" while seeking to cut $54 Billion, including $9.5 Billion in cuts to Medicaid, $8 Billion in cuts for aid to the disabled, for foster care, and child support enforcement, and nearly another Billion from the food stamps program, cutting out 300,000 needy people, and "cuts would reduce by 40,000 the number of children eligible for reduced-cost school lunches, and cut student aid." Republican Party Officially tries to attack Democrats, saying "So vitriolic and all-consuming is their hatred for George W. Bush that they skip right over the worthy goals we have been, with some considerable success, seeking there -- a democratic government," [in reference to Iraq] "-- and call this a war for oil, or for Halliburton.". The Republican National Committee, RNC, also said "The deceased, said Rep. Dennis Kucinich," [Democrat Representative that ran for President] was part of the "growing anti-American insurgency." Rather the evidence is that Republicans support democracy, as long as Republicans are in charge of Democracy, as evidenced historically as Republicans have long wanted to take the world, by nations surrendering or by war through Republican admitted imperialism (:ANC). $9 Billion in human trafficking profits every year. It is buying, selling, smuggling, torturing, and forcing people "into what amounts to modern-day slavery." or death, as "up to 2 Million people are trafficked worldwide every year," according to the FBI, a number far different than what Republican Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice claimed, assuring the public no more than "800,000 people" were trafficked (see ANC News Article June 6, 2006). The FBI said just in the US there are about "15,000 to 18,000" trafficked annually, and gave this example of Salvadoran and US human trafficking the FBI last month "convicted for their role in a sex-trafficking ring that smuggled Central and South American females" into "Houston area bars and restaurants." Furthermore Howard Dean, MD, and DNC Executive Director Tom McMahon worked against their own Democrat Party over which they are in-charge (Constitutionally binding) illegally doing damage to leaders that do not conform to their apparent organization-of-the-masses plan, such as working against publication of Hillary Clinton campaign materials, and hampering at least a portion of the volunteer effort who began to see through their conspiracy, by ignoring their legal related input against corruption, and by instead flooding them with spam (:ANC). XM just responded "subscriber fee pays royalties directly to artists. SEC just ordered Bristol-Meyers Squibb to pay for their fraud and illegal management issues including stockpiling new medical products that would be old by the time the public purchased. Standards are a myth when the legal system fails. When founded on proper law, such as the US Declaration of Independence and Constitution, including enforcement according to such law and not according to local opinions, and not according to corrupt leadership, then standards make law useful. That is ideally, standards are as the needle part of a compass, and the rest of the compass is as law, such as stating "N", "E", "S", and "W". So pointing-to [glorifying] the "Lord" of Constitution Article VII, the standard needle is: Christian motivated [creativity yielding] state-of-the-art latest and current high technology aligned in agreement with the proper direction, yet tied to law logic at the center of the compass. Without the compass people can mill about the streets until they stumble upon a pot of gold, even with needles of logic they can kick about. It is only when the law and the standard work together that they prove useful. Faithfully (and / or logically) whether choosing to mill about or to choose the right guide being the standard above law yet only when useful (that is not contrary to law, rather the opposite and in favor of glorifying "Lord") is as to choose the difference between evolution of thought or to choose most useful creative thinking at the best and leading and cutting-edge of current civilization. Without law, standards are so slight and toward insignificance so as to hardly be found. Without standards, law is an empty shell, largely devoid of the main part that makes life worth living, as quality standards are associated with quality of life (:ANC / GodMath Testament). Standards in Iraq, the US, and globally (:ANC): American National Standards Institute, ANSI, Vice President of Public Policy and Governmental Affairs will spend next year in Iraq to start the Iraqi Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control, similar to the US National Institute of Standards and Technology, NIST (:Quality Digest p9). Current high technology had it's roots in manufacturing technology, which became known as quality control, and then spread to other fields. Today globally International Standards Organization, ISO, works to free organizations from centralization (to be as the needle point rather than the hub, with regard to the above ANC News Article). At the national level, ISO lets ANSI provide quality not controlled by ANSI, rather according to ANSI volunteering to work with government. So similar to the UN::US relationship, there is the witness, the ISO::ANSI relationship. Government can go in a direction, and ANSI can indicate if that direction is correct, and rather ANSI leads government although most lawmakers are "retarded" when it comes to current hi-tech, at least according to one ISO Compendium and ANSI standards user (name withheld), and as evidenced in the legislation quagmire. ISO offers an independent checks and balance system, while ANSI offers qualification guidance, such as a criteria for qualifying individuals, and so according to the laws of that nation, ANSI requires people be accordingly qualified, such as in the US the person would work according to NIST to be qualified in the US. Nuclear plants will be popping-up globally, and for instance in the US ANSI is referenced by groups such as ASTM covering materials such as able to withstand certain heat, pressure, and plasma. In order to sell technology, it is important to maintain the applicable quality lineage of traceability, the family tree of quality, distinguished to guide the body of law. Laws are to serve the public. Standardizing quality serves to guide services including services of law, consulting legislators toward forming better laws, rather than laws to appease mobs. While government all too often hires to improve their own personal job security, free enterprise employers increasingly use quality standards to improve profitability. While government can literally battle competition and establish tariffs, free enterprise better works toward peaceful solutions (:ANC). June 9, 2009.

Employers need to be one lobbying voice to redo the former educational system to enhance it with a free Internet system students can voluntarily use to advance in grades more rapidly, if thorough personal [or perhaps remote] monitoring ensures exam non-cheating, and when applicable physical participation according to teacher requirements, such as to prove personal interfacing talent among a team, or such as to prove ability to arrive on-time and prove attendance throughout a project or a grade term. Similarly independent standards should train so employers don't have to teach anything but their own unique criteria (:ANC). June 9, 2009.

There was a line of people out-the-door to use the other machines, and the line was growing and we expected thousands more people to come that day. So I picked-up the instruction book and it said try the reset button, and that fixed it. But sometimes they ignore our advice even if they agree with us, because their boss already said to have things another way. They don't even tell their boss our better ideas if our ideas even sound connected to something other than what the boss ordered. The bigger the company, the bigger the waste. We see profits disappear and nobody wants to talk about it. If their job is secure, they would rather downsize [against others in their company] than be a whistleblower on the boss." Same standard, new logistics: Workplace security leaves airport security in the dust as employee privacy is scrutinized (:ANC). Rockwell Automation is trying new German software to provide "real-time monitoring" of employees to reveal bottlenecks (:Quality Digest p12). Often employees are viewed with or without their knowledge, and timed. Formerly this was merely a production-line idea, as to how fast they could process a part and how long their breaks were. Today there is more focus on the big picture. If there is an ongoing process, pertinent aspects are considered, such as the time from the crest of wave "C" to the crest of wave "D"; then armed with that information quality assurance searches for the bottleneck. This is important since customers don't usually participate in time studies (except on unusually expensive projects) and the manufacturer (whether of software, building materials, or other) must maintain exceptional image, trust. More value related bottlenecks tend to involve the best employee, the one best able to comprehend complex specifications. So while the former ways may have been to simply fire the bottleneck employee, the future way is becoming the timing of specification comprehension. Time study information has been attached to tax preparation documents, and similarly we will expectedly see such be integrated into standards soon, rather than just in separate job quotes. So employee behavior pattern monitoring would then also include reading comprehension speed. In essence, it is a major shift in privacy, as the employer advances another step in not only what an employee is doing, yet also in what an employee is thinking. Thinking was more clear when the employee spoke or wrote. Now their reading comprehension rate would be figured to reduce downtime related to comprehending delay. Some years ago on a US DOD classified project a timer told a worker "You looked at that chart, then a few seconds later you looked at it again."; so the demand for time, and for time-studies to be added to standards is critical, often lives depend on it. Airport security. Saudis have it, Iran has it, Palestine has it, all nations have airport security, even if those nations promote terrorism. The only one that doesn't have it is you, the innocent passenger. For global "security" here are some of the things being done by the US Transportation Security Administration, TSA, to identify you and make sure TSA knows what you're up-to (:ANC): 1. smellers, 2. iris scans while approaching, 3. human and automated surveillance cameras [heat detection, emotional analysis, behavior recognition, and tracking] (including for unattended luggage), 4. fingerprint scanning, and 5. luggage investigation. You are not a terrorist (right?), so this plan is actually not as much to catch you as it is to provide transparency for nations such as of the World Trade Organization and for other purposes. Some scanning, such as X-ray, is deadly if excessive, so in airports the TSA reports it does not use it such as to check what you swallowed (smellers and other catch it) or what underwear you're wearing, but outside the airport there's more going-on, such as vehicles and shipping containers passing through powerful detectors, and fired missile detection with subsequent countermeasures such as microwaves interfering with the missile's guidance system. So aside from transparency, there is some relief in the fact of knowing there is some protection for you personally, as with missile attack protection while you're jetting (:ANC & Popular Mechanics Cover Story). Privacy, a thing of the past among advancing people, is a new indicator of personal and national wealth. In big cities where people live on top of each other, privacy is a myth due to proximity of each other, and also due to the confluence of eavesdroppers for fun or profit. Among nations, those learning to rise from poverty, learn transparency is directly tied to wealth. Individuals visiting nations find they are closely inspected, they find they have to learn to think new thoughts quickly, and they find meddlers in their personal affairs even if they want to be left alone after exhaustive ordeals. On the other hand, once you conquer New York for instance, you see it a waste to go back to the farm: you now have it made, rolling in dough, roiling in power. The White House is pushing the Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act. From a Constitutional perspective, Federal government is limited as to what it can do, as it is a matter of states-rights. Federal government can decide on broadcasting if states cannot handle it, such as when using global satellites, or such as when involving National Security or such as when involving national safety. Even so, just because the Federal level can do something, it doesn't mean it should do something, and such is as the law reads: US Constitution Article IV "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State" and as Amendment I "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.", so US government is required to [work hard] to not stifle personal, group faction, nor popular opinion creativity, faith, objection, nor the media. This law hardly has value if the counter-balance is missing, that is, logically a person or people must also be allowed to freely read and listen to what they want. These must be as much as possible, according to law, as a free option of the person and as a free option of the people. In witness, today we see automatic scanners often wrongly filtering-out innocent people by mistake. And we see guilty people automatically freed for the better and higher purpose, such as for instance, a juries required to look at illegal depictions, making the juries guilty. Hence logically therefore when law does not have great [merciful] tolerance, law becomes invalid. To make good on the limit of tolerance is according to legal expertise (such as an expert reporter, or such as an expert artist, or such as an expert CIA reader), and only toward a last resort should there be constricting of creativity, and then only for the prevention of human combat against people God created (:ANC). US Department of Interior has a new Secretary over 70,000 employees who oversee 390 national parks, 565 wildlife refuges, production of 1/3rd of domestic energy, and it provides water to 31 Million or about 10% of the nation. The Interior claims it "manages relations with 561 Indian tribes", has the 3rd largest law enforcement force in the federal government; and it "conducts science for a changing world." (:ANC). Energy costs were projected to rise more, in light of the White House passing new mine safety legislation which increases the penalties to those who violate safety standards, but now with news Zarqawi was stopped, gas and energy prices showed some relief. A mine safety inspector comments on the new legislation "They still don't let me do my job. They tell me what to inspect and when. I know from experience and job specific training what things need inspected often because they are stress points or are naturally worn or rusted. I am the top expert where I inspect, and no lawmaker ever asked me what was important for safety, and they never asked any of the many inspectors I know. If they asked some safety group official, they asked the wrong person. For one thing, someone that used to inspect and that now shuffles paper, can be 20 years behind the times with regard to practical applications. For another thing, they don't know current personnel at mines, such as certain workers that workers that remove safety gear in order to do their jobs, and they don't know about new checklists with items that are ambiguous, that is, they don't know until after the fact and it's too late. And that's the point, they listen to accountants that look at a trend of accidents before they do something about it. Not long ago someone asked for safety stuff and almost got fired, until it was realized that management was wrong, then the next day the safety stuff was issued." Vice President Cheney may now be guilty of tampering with the Judicial system of checks and balances, as he tampered with a probe into the Presidency's illegal eavesdropping on US citizens (:ANC / NM) similar to jury tampering on a grand scale (:ANC). "Senate Judiciary Chairman Arlen Specter wants Vice President Dick Cheney to stop trying to influence his committee's review of the White House's warrantless surveillance program." (:NM). The Honorable Senator Arlen Specter, Republican, accused that Cheney "sought to influence, really determine," the committee's actions (:ANC / NM). President Bush announces: "Last night in Iraq, United States military forces killed the terrorist al Zarqawi." as "special operation forces, acting on tips and intelligence from Iraqis, confirmed Zarqawi's location, and delivered justice to the most wanted terrorist in Iraq", "the operational commander of the terrorist movement in Iraq. He led a campaign of car bombings, assassinations and suicide attacks that has taken the lives of many American forces and thousands of innocent Iraqis. Osama bin Laden called this Jordanian terrorist 'the prince of al Qaeda in Iraq.' He called on the terrorists around the world to listen to him and obey him. Zarqawi personally beheaded American hostages and other civilians in Iraq. He masterminded the destruction of the United Nations headquarters in Baghdad. He was responsible for the assassination of an American diplomat in Jordan, and the bombing of a hotel in Amman." (:ANC). The US action involved an air strike at his "safe house" and enabled 17 other known targets to be hit, which had been delayed in order to be sure of not letting Zarqawi escape this time (:ANC / USAT). Islamic problems, Taliban disregard of important values, and similar continue to thrive as in Afghanistan, for instance "Men and women are not allowed to walk together; they must walk separately. The violators are told that they would be shot next time" (:Iran Observer / World News). Islamic extremist attacks continue such as today's market bombings in Iraq as convoluted (:ANC) revenge is being sought (:Christian Science Monitor / Guardian & BBC), and many explosives continue to be found, as in Afghanistan and Indonesia, today (:ANC). US Supreme Court landmark ruling that government may seize property according to eminent domain (:NM). According to the US Constitution, Amendment V, compensation is required if private property is taken for public use. Previously many people believed their property could not be taken from them legally even if they broke the law on their own property, such as at Waco, Texas where a group would not report to trial and was killed, in which case of lawbreaking higher law applies, as with Article III, Section 2 requiring reporting to the place of trial (:ANC). The truth about slaves, donkeys, and elephants: Confusion continues as to why Democrats and Republicans are called donkeys and elephants repsectively. In 1828 a Republican called a Democrat (President Andrew Jackson thereafter, using it on posters) a "jackass" for the Democrat populist view of fair treatment of farmers [and slaves and] letting the people rule with government controlling monopolies (such as how utilities and military are handled). This (click for Republican site) is not as Republicans claim, and this predates the false Republican claim as to how these associations started. The jackass by definition is a donkey, although actually a cross between horse and donkey which made it more valuable in many ways. Back then many people knew that the jackass was not a stupid creature as is widely imagined today, rather it is very intelligent as verified in the Biblical story of Baalim. As with any creature, the jackass can be stubborn, though with the jackass it seems moreso because people relied so much on the jackass working. The jackass knows where to go when by voice command at the start of the journey, the rider might say let's go to the mine, or home, or other places familiar to the animal. Not only remembering trails allowing the strapped-on rider to doze even while walking on a canyon trail, also the jackass is exceedingly strong for it's size. The elephant originally did not symbolize the Republican Party, but actually symbolized Republican voters who were abandoning Republican warrior President Ulysses S. Grant. Later Republicans were assocated with the elephant, and as Adlai Stevenson said, the elephant "proceeds best by grasping the tail of its predecessor.", and while the elephant is able to think and use it's trunk, it is also known for vengeance as it is said to remember any who it thinks harmed it. With regard to slavery mainly in the South, slave-masters ranged from murderous, against which slaves revolted (compare unfair treatment of immigrants currently), to so splendid that slaves didn't want to leave even after being set free. Democrats had goodly reasoning for controlling many of the slaves, reasons that are not widely known today, such as many slaves had been cannibals and had horrible practices. While much was overcome, some horrible practices continued such as making humans guinea pigs with voodoo drugs. Government was not for slave abuse, but rather for fairness, helping slaves be educated and advance, until their rebellions, which included killing white [or pale skin] children, then safety was more important than education. The Republicans started as a branch of the Democrat Party (formerly the Democrat-Republican Party) interested in abolishing slavery, but more interested in money, even if it meant civil war. That is, Republicans fought the Southern Confederacy to keep the Northern manufacturers rich and the Southern farmers poor, but then per war success the Republican Party became a war machine for money, as the Democrat Party continued to champion all people now (post civil war) including former slaves which were legally redefined as people, and the Democrat Party continued to champion all people including the farmer whose rights were down-trodden by Republicans (:ANC). Iran is "the No. 1 state sponsor of terrorism.", according to President Bush, so he has decided to get them modern aircraft equipment and offer them membership in the World Trade Organization, WTO. The US and Europe both agreed to back Iran's membership in the WTO, and to sell Iran Boeing and Airbus aircraft parts (:ANC / NYT). June 6, 2006.

Human slavery was bad enough. Modern human trafficking is worse as it largely focuses on torture rather on production of value, as little relative value as that is. The torture is often for entertainment, the [illegal idea] logically being that income for any reason is income. Income is all too often associated with profit, and profit is all too often associated with joy, when in fact such are not logically connected, as in the case of human trafficking (:ANC). US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Republican, "estimates that up to 800,000 people -- primarily women and children -- are forced each year" into human trafficking with "cruel and punishing degradation." (:Radio Free Europe). Democrat John Miller of the US State Department said in India, for instance, government allows mills to operate as slave camps to produce rice for sale. A man starving, for example, would agree to a fee that himself, his son, and his grandson would have to pay; the man then would get a mill job and not be allowed to leave, and would be beaten if he didn't cooperate (:ANC). Africa, 2 steps forward, 1 step back: Traditions globally against improvement (mental laziness) continue to plague humanity, and Africa is no exception. Christianity, technology, education, economics, and vacation style freedom all suffer accordingly, although much fighting in Africa has diminished (:ANC). 18 African nations helped by the World Bank, for instance, had some economic success (since 1996), but now 8 of them have fallen back to an unsustained condition (:Business Day). While a failing grade overall, it is more important that 10 succeeded! They needed help and now responsibly sustain life using satisfactory economics. Also all of the nations can observe those demonstrable success results. Much of the World Bank money might have been wasted, perhaps on mismanagement, corruption, or other. As such World Bank knowledge and experience is gained toward mission refinement if similar funding is considered in the future. Also those 8 nations that did not succeed should work to gain expert outside advice after planning and agreeing to implement such advice if found reasonable; and also logically those nations should not stop such trying, and should rather refine their planning (:ANC). US government is seeking to better define marriage. Logically at the Federal level it is of consenting male and female adults, so it is therefore not a matter of rape, sexual bondage nor sexual torture, such as sadism with masochism; also it is not a matter of illegal activity. People interested in cohabitation with or without sex, is not a matter of marriage, even though possibly seemingly similar in some opinions. Partner selection by the parents applies as law if the applicable adult chooses to allow such, that is, if they choose to give-up that free right to choose for themselves and to let the parent(s) choose for them. According to GodMath Testament figuring of prioritized law, the laws of marriage are clear; it is the law about the body, such as what a male is, that is subject to interpretation; then on that level of reasoning the clarity of reasoning is according to that level and not according to the other level, except any lower level is subject to the higher if the higher so specifies (:ANC / Constitution / Bible). Such missionary efforts snowball as the word spreads. When cooperation can be witnessed in some areas of concern, then people more readily come to believe more widespread cooperation can be achieved, even when intense conflict of interest is present.", as the peace process continues. Increasing are the numbers of people in healthcare that mutilate themselves or otherwise have mental disorders, while healthcare quality suffers and the healthcare industry evidently is not concerned. For instance in one case a male nurse with piercings and scars for the purpose of looking demonic, kept intentionally slapping his clothed rear in front of many people, for sexual purpose as he prepared food. In a similar case, a chiropractor that seemed lesbian, routinely handled patient buttocks and without cleaning her hands, sold her food products, although no food / FDA health license was posted nor associated tax paid license as the state requires in stores, and independently ANC witnessed that when police investigated (called by a Doctor not affiliated with ANC) the police let it go without even any warnings, as the police seemed intimidated by the expensive building and similar. Some funds went to a business that went out-of-business before 9/11. Some money was embezzled, some went over 100 times over budget, and the "Luchese crime family" paid other crime families, such as $58,000 annually to a family member in prison who was supposedly working to rebuild New York (:NM). Bush: This is a partial list of his high crimes against the US Constitution, each independently, or all together as a whole, should be immediately and thoroughly examined according to pertinent and compelling evidence, by each branch of government accordance with the US Constitution, lest by not doing so, such branch(es) fail to do their duty according to the US Constitution, and also as according to the US Declaration of Independence:

Treason: Bush used the US Constitution Office of President to form another "Constitution", recognized in the United Nations and elsewhere, and under which he subjected US citizens to give their lives to defend, as many have shed their life blood, and many continue to do so.

Treason: Bush intentionally leaked US National Security Central Intelligence Agency, CIA, information causing many to die in what the Democrat Party President Elect Heir Apparent Hilary Clinton, the Honorable Senator, called the illegal Iraq War; and also jeopardizing a CIA agent and logically therefore indirectly putting other CIA agents at greater risk as he revealed current CIA agent technique; and also jeopardized the life of a US Ambassador and that US Ambassador's credibility and the credibility of others, including the imprisonment of an applicable reporter.

Treason: Bush is connected with illegal tampering against voters of the other mainline Party which votes would have logically been largely against the mistake he made and admitted, now known as the illegal Iraqi War.

Treason: Bush illegally conducted warrantless eavesdropping on US citizens, similar to the illegal vote tampering, and as in the motivation pattern of the points above, associated with the shedding of innocent US citizen blood.

Treason: Bush created the illegal Iraqi War based on his false claims in combination with at least some of his cabinet members.

Treason: Bush sided with terrorists which of 9/11 attacked the US Pentagon, the World Trade Center, and the various jet passengers, (with many associated deaths of US citizens); initially taking no action when initially told, then grounding all commercial flights except the Bin Laden family flight out of the US (and perhaps a few others) directly interfering with the 9/11 investigation and covering-up vital information later found directly tying Bush to what he said was the terrorist attack leader Usama Bin [Osama bin] Laden; who Bush a half year later said he wasn't interested in capturing.

Treason: Bush illegally covered-up much illegal activity causing US Congress to wrongly believe it was right to invade Iraq; and he covered-up information associated with many of his illegal involvements as illegally attempting to hide the truth from each branch of US government regarding their interests and investigations into many issues of high crimes.

Treason: Bush headed illegal conspiracies for power and to directly or indirectly financially profit from those conspiracies against the US, including involving the shedding of lifeblood of innocent US citizens, such as contractors involved in oil related construction, Iraqi reconstruction, and military personnel doing their jobs but according to wrongful leadership and intentionally failed politics for that power and the financial gain, also such as of oil companies and / or others; with associated damage to the US economy, eavesdropping analysis, political ties, business activities, church matters and other private concerns to be protected by the US Constitution as is his duty to do, also including his conspired work to undo the system of checks and balances.

Treason: Bush lied under the Oath of Office of the President of the United States, associated with high crimes and the shedding of blood of innocent US citizens.

Treason: Bush lied to the US Department of Justice which conducted investigations associated with high crimes and the shedding of blood of innocent US citizens.

Treason: Bush chose to waive the anti-terrorism act associated with high crimes and the shedding of blood of innocent US citizens.

Treason: Bush, having wrongly shed blood of innocent US citizens, and although active military generals remain loyal to their Commander-in-Chief and logically interested in not causing worse harm to the US (in so-called Catch-22 style), retired US generals of one concerted voice form a symbolic mutiny against same Commander-in-Chief, effectually working to end treasonous activities while they continue to safeguard National Defense lest the US be left without it's Commander-in-Chief simultaneously without active generals as court would require by law, that is, the right of the accused to confront his accuser(s), especially important in this time of War in Iraq, War against Terror, the planned yet largely pending war in Darfur, the War against Drugs, potential war against Iran and / or others as has been suspected according to Bush speeches, and in light of the many global so-called hot spots the US is involved-in or may get involved-in with military force.

Treason: Bush created terror against the US, evidence showing he illegally used terror alerts to boost his credibility rating as the relationship is closely correlated, but did not use any such system as when the actual 9/11 terrorism with the shedding of US lifeblood was committed, nor when the US independent of him, according to the US system of checks and balances, actually did test the US terrorism defense system including the alert system.

Treason: Bush allowed torture including torture to death, and has so been accused by the United Nations; and has allowed and / or encouraged the torture to death of US citizens imprisoned within the US.

Treason: Bush has funded terrorists, from 9/11 business deal profiteering (which he continues to work to cover-up), to funding Palestine Hamas.

Treason: Bush did not protect the US from natural disasters as was his duty, such as for instance with regard to Hurricane Katrina of gross unpreparedness causing a multitude of deaths under his responsibility and further, with grossly lacking after-the-fact help, and with extreme lack of accountability; as similarly with the 9/11 recovery effort losing Billions of dollars including to the Mafia.

Treason: Bush created terrorists to work against the US, having attacked non-cooperative [with the US] yet peaceful and reasonably law abiding Iraq, and then causing civil war, and then working to cause those not siding with the illegally imposed new government to be called terrorists, tearing-away peaceful political negotiation hopes in exchange for making an active enemy against the US.

Treason: Bush eradication, decimation, and butchery of insurgent patriots of the former government of Iraq prior to the illegal invasion and what he now named "terrorists", with bloodletting including the shedding of the lifeblood of innocent US citizens including military and private enterprise; is ethnic cleansing against those patriots, in a holocaust of genocide.

Treason: Bush pogrom is defined as Hitlerism as his newly formed government of Iraq uses it's "iron fist" to do much as Hitler did.

Treason: Bush also committed such grievous and compelling widespread intimidation and conspiracy to such a widespread and pervasive extent including the shedding of lifeblood of innocent US people (including both military and non-military) that his leadership should be quickly censured, and halted, with replacement found (if the veep is also guilty as evidenced, then the next in line, and so accordingly), lest given of such so as to cause the Congress to hear [the so empowered as enacted] the statement of whistleblowers which included in Official Testimony before Congress that government has become so thoroughly corrupt that it should all be torn-down.
