Everybody has a spriit, everybody has a soul and, belive it or not, everybody is somewhat psychic.
But sometimes it is hard to connect with your spirit, soul, and psychic center. But before you can do that, you have to understand what they are.
Your spirit and soul are very similar. They are both vert important parts of you. To find your spirit, look deep inside of you. You should feel, somewhere inside, a sensation, almost like an inner fire. It is different for everyone. To find your soul, look deeper. It will feel slightly different, and slightly calmer. Both should give you an overall good feeling.
Your psychic center is where most of your psychic feelings come from. It is harder to find. Your psychic center, or third eye, should be somewhere in the middle of your forehead. When you focus on that spot you should feel a slight headache. If you focus there long enough, images will form.
