HOFFMAN SANDRA HALPERN On Saturday, September 19, 2009; Beloved wife of Steven F. Hoffman. Loving mother of Michael (Patricia) Hoffman of Jacksonville, FL, Heidi (Andrew) Bros of Burnsville, MN, Pamela (Keith) Gerr and Jill E. Hoffman both of Plantation, FL.

Sister of Carole (David) Maretsky of Pittsburgh and the late Carl Halpern. Grandmother of Erin Renee' (Jeffrey) Price, Benjamin & Jonathan Bros, Dylan & Cassie Gerr and the late Alyssa Michelle Hoffman.

Also survived by nieces & nephews. Sandra was a Registered Nurse for 30 years in Pittsburgh, Florida and Hawaii.

Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Wednesday at 11 AM. Visitation one hour prior to services (10-11AM).

Interment Shaare Torah Cemetery. Contributions may be made to American Lung Association, 61 Broadway, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10006.
