Tony Sagastizado With the avid interest in the vast amount of Latin musical talent, one name that has been causing a major sensation via live theater, film, TV and now music thanks to his unique musical style, is the respected actor/singer Tony Sagastizado. This hot and sensuous talented performer has numerous new and exciting global projects that are yet to come and cause a real uproar among Latin music lovers around the world. Born in San Alejo, El Salvador on December 5, 1965, Tony Sagastizado the youngest of six children, as a result, of the civil war in El Salvador Tony's family exile to the United States and Canada. Because of security concerns after his Jesuit University teachers were murder at the Catholic University in El Salvador, which he attended at the time. Tony's family decided to abandon his studies and his home With his mother constantly working to support a family of six, he was raised by his grandmother "Natividad" ,which means Nativity(To whom he dedicates his first record). He arrived in Houston Texas, where he attended school, but later on he moved to Vancouver, Canada in 1986, where he became a citizen and secretly continued studying vocals, acting with his friends before his family knew |

The Multitalented performer hasn't exactly been a stranger to the spotlight. Before began to concentrate in music, Tony had established himself in Vancouver, Canada as a stage actor, where he started working on a well renown children's theater company in Canada called Vancouver Youth Theater. Tony co-wrote a play called Canadian Stories, which he toured across Canada, USA, Europe, Japan and Australia. The show was much acclaimed ad because of it, and their hard work in the area of multiculturalism, VYT theater received the Minister of State Award for Excellence in the Field of Race Relations which is the highest honor bestowed by the federal government in this area
He also appeared on "West Side Stories" ,"Jesus Christ Superstar", "Pippin" "Night of the Iguana" ,"Grease". He also taped into the small and silver screen appearing in shows such as, "21 Jump Street", "Street Justice", "Breaker High" "X-Files" " Highlander", "Born to Run" and His last feature was "Ink on Paper " (2nd place at the Houston Film Festival) this film participated in other films festival, such as Cannes Festival, and Sundance. Tony is definitely a promising actor on the fast track of television and film. "I plan to keep pursuing my dreams.
