This links page is mainly designed to help surfers in Japan find webcams, information on beaches, weather forecasts and shops. I've also added decent worldwide sites out of interest and a few of my favourite British and European ones. Sites with a Japanese flag are all about Japanese surfing, and are often written only in Japanese.

Coastalwatch - tons of live video of spots in Aus, NZ, Bali   

Surfshop - surf conditions along the Victorian coast (Aus) including Bells Beach

Tassiesurf - organising surf trips around tasmania, site also includes daily reports and surf cams

Surfcanarias - check the waves live in the Canary islands, the favourite winter escape for Brits

Swell-line - excellent French site with webcams and detailed forecasts for the whole coast

Viewsurf - another French site with similar cams covering most of France
