For a time I've been looking for a website that just concentrates on Cape Atlantic League Track and XC. I got a bit tired of going to Dyestat and reading about everyone and everything except what I wanted. So I'm taking matters into my own hands and making my own page for those of you who have the same interests as I do.
It's crunch time in the CAL and all teams are preparing for counties, sectionals and states. As the amount of dual meets dwindles, champions are again born. Mainland has defended it American Conference and Division II crown. Absegami is also Division I champion again for the fifth consecutive year. In the National Conference, Bridgeton appears to have tied things up. Here are the standings as of October 4th.
