Standard Rates (cancellations accepted before 5pm the preceding day):
$20 Half-Hour Lesson (horse shall be prepped)
$20 One-Hour unsupervised ride (riders must be qualified & do own prep)
$30 One-Hour Lesson (horse shall be prepped)
$30 One-Hour supervised ride (horse shall be prepped)
$5 Added if requesting a private lesson
Discount Privileges Students and riders are eligible to receive a substantial discount (25-33%) on lessons & non-lesson PLuS
rides when participants agree to the following:1. Pre-Enrollment Options within a calendar month:
A $75 for five (5) half-hour lessons or one-hour
unsupervised PLuS rides
B $100 for five (5) hour-long lessons (* riders must do own
prep) or supervised PLuS rides
2. Scheduling must be determined at the time of payment.
3. Payment must be received no later than 5pm the day preceding the first scheduled lesson or PLuS ride.
4. Rescheduling shall be permitted ONLY as follows:
Lessons (both half and one-hour) and supervised PLuS rides:
If there is more than 30 minute delay in the event of severe, foul weather, OR
if there is a continuous severe
weather alert
displayed on a local TV station (courtesy call required).
These make-ups will be scheduled on normal lesson days (typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and two Saturday mornings each month) to be arranged at the time of the occasion of severe, foul-weather .
It is the student's or rider's responsibility to have time available to participate in make-ups before the last day of each month. If one is unable to schedule or attend make-ups within this time frame, no further credit, refund or rescheduling will be permitted.
Unsupervised PLuS Rides:
If the rider gives notice no later than 5pm the preceding day, OR
if there is more than 30 minute delay in the event of severe, foul weather, OR
if there is a continuous severe weather alertdisplayed on a local TV station (courtesy call required).
It is the rider's responsibility to have time available to participate in make-ups before the last day of each month. If one is unable to schedule or attend make-ups within this time frame, no further credit, refund or rescheduling will be permitted.
5. Pro-rated Refund given ONLY when a lesson or supervised PLuS ride is canceled because no instructor or suitable supervisor is available.
6. Agreement to Abide by these points is required to receive discounts and shall be so indicated by signing and dating below. (Parent or guardian=s signature if student/rider is a minor.) This agreement shall be in force in subsequent months if payment and scheduling is followed as outlined above. Failure to abide by these points shall result in immediate termination of discount privileges.
