No spikes, No tape over inserted spikes. I recommend that you wear your regular running shoes. Spikes without spikes have poor traction and offer no advantage over regular running shoes.

We are permitted only 2 athletes per event. I have tried my best to enter everybody. Priority went to those who have regularly attended practice. Some of you may think you are running an unusual event. Don't worry about it. It's all good.

Concessions and T-shirts are available.

Bring your own meet snacks. Don't rely on the concession stand to provide for your nutritional needs.
