Parent Responsibilites:
Parents should: Let your child play for fun not just to win, be supportive, be positive, don't criticize mistakes, let the coach coach, don't second guess the referees, come watch the games, volunteer to help your child's coach, help at the concession stand or other activities.

The mission is accomplished by providing these essential services: Coaching and referee programs - including quality delivery systems, Quality administrative and operating systems with a support network, strong financial position, special network for volunteers supported by a national staff, and program research and development.
