Premiere is strictly a professional league for current and aspiring professional basketball players. College and high school players hoping to retain their collegiate/amateur status will not be eligible.
Connecticut is the home of the world famous ESPN studios and hosts both Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos. Hartford is the capitol city of Connecticut. With it's own electric nightlife, the city also is only one hour from New York City, two hours from Boston, and 20 minutes from the Basketball Hall of Fame.
The championship team of the Premiere Exposure/Education Summer Pro League will win $2000.
The cost for a player to register is $125. To register a team, the cost is $1000. The minimum number of players for a roster is seven and the maximum is twelve. There will only be 7 - 10 teams admitted into the league. All registration must be submitted by July 5th. Teams announced on July 15th. Each team will play a minimum of five games. All games will be taped and statistics will be made available to players, scouts, and agents. Uniforms will be provided by Premiere Sports, L.L.C.
Games will run according to international rules. One-hour seminars will be offered Monday through Thursday to educate players on the different leagues and challenges of being a professional athlete on various levels. Scouts from professional leagues (mainly Europe) will be solicited to coach and scout talent. It's time to show your stuff!

Housing options are made available at the Sheraton in East Hartford ($100 per night), Ramada Inn in downtown Hartford ($65 per night) and fully furnished apartments (bed, sofa, kitchen, refrigerator) on the campus of the University of Hartford ($12 per night).
