P.O.S. History Lesson

My Dad's '37 Chevy Coupe

This picture Was taken at the I55 speedway or the St. Charles In MO

This was my first stock car.... a 75 Chevelle and I ran it in bomber classes around Chicago and Wisconsin

This was the car that was Donated to P.O.S. racing in 1999.... ran 4 races until the motor went

History: Both of my Grandfathers raced cars back in the early '50s, all of my Uncles raced or were involved in demo derby's and my father raced through the late 60's into the early 70's. I started racing at the age of 18, while still in the US Navy. Unfortunately I wasn't able to continue with racing because of my Navel career and my new family, but I have always kept close ties with racing and when I got out of the Navy I started to volunteer to be pit crews for drivers at Willamette Speedway in Oregon. Over the last few years I have gotten to a point in my life where I can finally afford to race again.
