Having entered for a Handicap event, it is the rider's responsibility to ensure that the ENTRY FEE
is paid, whether they compete or not.SCRATCH RACES
All race entries close 15min prior to the start time at the particular venue.N.V.C.A. members will be advised of their turn as corner stewards. Any rider refusing to honour this obligation will
have his or her entry refused until this corner duty is carried out.
All races are conducted under the rules of the V.V.C.C.Inc. and the N.V.C.A.Inc. It is the rider's responsibility
to know these rules, and also to have the appropriate V.V.C.C. licence, insurance and ambulance cover.

Country Races Start 10.00am (Venues – Seymour, Lancefield, East Trentham)ENTRY FEES - $10.00 (Late entry - $15.00)
GENERAL MEETINGS are held on the second Monday of each month commencing at 8.00pm
