Entry fee is $45.00. No personal checks. Cashiers check or money orders only. Pre-registration ONLY.
No on site entries will be accepted.
All competitors MUST be pre-registered and pre-paid. Entry form MUST be postmarked by March 18, 2004. That's why it is listed under March!
Weight MUST be declared on the entry form.
If you declare a weight class that is not listed, you will be moved up to the next highest weight class.
Athletes MUST make the weight class they have registered for (or the corrected weight class, if declared wrong) or they will be scratched from the tournament.
If entry form is postmarked by March 4, 2004 and all required information and entry fees are included, enclose a self addressed/stamped envelope with entry form and your weigh in card will be mailed to you and you will go directly to weigh-ins at the specified times.
MEDALS WILL BE AWARDED AT THE MAT AT THE COMPLETION OF EACH WEIGHT CLASS.
