This was our last pre-season tournament held at Adair Park in Independence, MO. The team was not at full strength until Sunday when all of our Kansas high school players returned. Big thanks to all of the pickup players for the contributions they made in our pre-season success!
We dropped to the losers' bracket after winning games with the St. Louis Stars
and the Xtreme, then loosing to the Shock Waves. The Shock Waves went undefeated into
the championship game and we worked our way up to meet them in that game. We
won the first championship game and then won the second championship game for the
title!
