Medium Guns, Medium Firepower
Problem: Too
small a nozzle to handle the water flow rate
Solution: Decread power to optimal rate, or increase water flow rate, or in
other words, widen the nozzle.
(since we want to maintain the high power of the system, we will go with widening
the nozzle)
Solution: Widen nozzle(done with some experimenting)
Now, think this is all great, right? Well, by finding a solution that seems
somewhat reasonable, we open up a whole other problem.
Problem: Shot time seriously reduced Part II
The theory behind this is simple. The faster the water leaves the nozzle,
the less time the water will stay in the gun. it's all about flow rate here.
It turns out that the Pressure chamber(already decreased in size due to power
mod) holds the water for a fraction of a second while the water is being dumped
out of a 20x nozzle, just to have the water flow out at a more optimal rate,
increasing efficiency, which increases range.
Now, take a look at the size of a normal medium size CPS...the size of the
ball is pretty average...the big ones are the 1-3-5, 1700, and 2700. The bigger
the p/c is, the more water it can hold=the longer the shot can last-depending
on the strength of the shot, and the nozzle, basically what level the gun
is functioning on. To easily catagorize this, I'll put guns into three levels,
low, medium, and high flow rate levels.
