EL IGIBILITY AND ENTRY
The regatta is open to boats of the Flying Fifteen Class that have current measurement certificates and whose crew are financial members of an association affiliated with FFI.
All entrants are required to hold third party and public liability insurance of not less than AUD$5,000,000.
All entrants are eligible for Open Division, in addition, entries will be accepted for two sub-divisions: (1) Classic Division; and (2) Silver Fleet. Classic Division is open to all yachts with a registration number up to 2700 that have not had the hull modified and other boats that do not have a "modern design hull". This will for example, include unmodified Shand Mk 1's, but not hulls based on the Windebank or similar design concepts (e.g. any of the Gale and Rimington, Ian Anderson, Shand Mk 2 and 3's, Windebank and equivalent or later hulls). The Silver Fleet consists of boats with sail numbers from 2701 to 3200 and will also include any boats with sail numbers below 2701 that do not meet the criteria for Classic Division. Any dispute regarding the eligibility of a boat in the above sub-divisions will be resolved by the FFIQ measurer whose decision will be final.
Eligible boats may enter on the attached Entry Form which shall be forwarded by Friday, 28th November 2003 to:

together with (1) AUD$200.00 entry fee payable to 'TCBYC Regatta Account' (2) Copy of boat's measurement certificate (3) Copy of Certificate of Insurance current for the period of the regatta and in accordance of minimum requirements outlined above.
Late entries will be received up to 15:00hrs on Saturday 10th January 2004, together with an additional late entry fee of AUD$50.00. No refunds will be issued after 15th December 2003.
