I am now available for instruction for both men and women and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE any women wrestlers who would like to improve their wrestling technique and knowledge of submission holds to contact me . My vast experience in wrestling and all the other martial arts will benefit you in taking on opponents much larger than yourself. I'm available for lessons here at my gym in Paris or I travel Europe frequently to martial arts competitions and can meet you at your location.
