BIG EAST CONFERENCE
The Big East conference was formed in 1991, but didn't formally begin play until 1993. In 1991 and 1992, the teams played under the Big East title and a league title was awarded to the highest ranked member, but the teams didn't begin intra-conference competition until the 1993 season.
