Swivel

Start out by rolling with your right foot on the left rear peg and your left foot on the front left peg. Set your left pedal so that it is facing forward. Going slowly, hit your front brakes to give you momentum to start rolling backwards. As you start rolling backwards, turn your handlebars slightly to make your bike roll in circles. Try to go around in circles as many times as you can by pumping the front end of the bike with your left foot which is on the front peg. When you feel comfortable, slow down and jump back to the pedals and ride away.
