Match Rating:

Submitted by Rob Spit

Last Tuesday night’s victory over Stumped made it 11 in a row and also wrapped up the minor premiership for Blackout. The game itself didn’t reach too many highs. Tim & Col put on their accusatory 42 runs. Some great batting followed this up from Paul & Brian. Skrote players Ed and Darren contributed to the total. And once again Dave showed he has broad shoulders by carrying me as my poor batting form continued.

Highlights of the night included Col’s efforts behind the stumps (for the injured Big Pete) and Paul topping the batting sheet for the third consecutive week.

Our next game represents our last opportunity to have a hit before our first semi-final against the Boomers the following week.
