With the 2002 season behind us, Alvord Racing Team is looking forward to the 2003 season. 2002 wasn't all we expected, and it was more than expected. Neither driver managed to score a win, but both cars did well overall. Doug and Chris missed Boone, but rest assurred we will be back next year.

Look for pictures of our work in progress throughout the winter. We hope to have at least one car ready to go to Florida in February.

As far as Saturday's IMCA Driver's meeting at the show goes. Obviously some drivers in this class need to understand what it takes to win, and leave alone those who already have it figured out. I am tired of good drivers being cut down, accused of cheating, by "drivers" who think all the work they have to do to their car is at the track, and who don't have the mentallity to know the difference.

Here's to hoping eerybody stays safe over the winter and we all go out and have a great time next year.
