THE SHOWER IS JUST UNDER 4' x 3'

THERE IS A PANTRY CLOSET IN THE TOILET AND SINK AREA, 2' x 2'
THERE IS A FORCED AIR HEATER NEXT TO THE PANTRY, AND ACROSS FROM THE TOILET.
THE FRONT AREA IS ABOUT 14' x 7'6"
THE TRAILER IS ABOUT 33' LONG. THE WATER HEATER IS LOCATED OUTSIDE. THIS WATER HEATER IS BRAND NEW, NEVER USED. FILLED WITH WATER, BUT NEVER FIRED UP. THE WATER HEATER COST $300.00 AND THE ENCLSOURE WAS $70.00.
I AM LOSSING MONEY ON THIS TRALER, BUT NEED TO SELL IT NOW.
THE PREVIOUS OWNERS, HAD BUILT A FULL ROOF ON TOP OF THE TRAILERS ROOF. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES, THE DOUBLE TOP PLATE IS STILL ON THE ROOF. I FELT THAT REMOVING THEM WOULD CAUSE LEAKS.
I WILL TRY TO LIST EVERYTHING THAT I KNOW OF THAT IS IN PROGRESS OF BEING UPGRATTED, AND ANY PROBLEMS.
STARTING IN THE KITCHEN:
THE KITCHEN SINK DRAIN IS ALMOST COMPLETE, NEEDS AN EXTENSION TUBE. ALL DRAIN TUBES ARE NEW.
THE GAS LINE FOR THE STOVE, WAS NEVER FINNISHED, THERE IS A 1/2" BLACK STEEL PIPE THAT RUNS ALONG THE DRIVERS SIDE, FROM THE FRONT, WERE THE LP TANKS ARE, TO A TEE AT THE WATER HEAER, THEN TO THE BACK OF THE TRAILER, WERE THERE IS A 90.
THE KITCHEN FAUSET HAS AN OLD WATER TAP FROM A RO SYSTEM, CONNECTED THROUGHT AN IN-LINE FILTER, FOR FAST FILLING OF FILTERED TAP WATER.
THE WALL BETWEEN THE SHOWER AND WHERE I HAVE THE FRIG, IS 3/4 COMPLTE. ON THE KITCHEN SIDE, 2 MORE 2x4 ARE NEEDED TO FINNISH. THIS WALL IS A DOUBLE THICK WALL. ALL THE PLUMBING IS RUNNING THROUGH THIS WALL FOR THE SHOWER, AND THERE IS ALSO A ICEMAKER VALVE ON THIS WALL. THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL IN THIS WALL, BUT I WAS GOING TO ADD AN OUTLET, FOR THE FRIG.
THE KITCHEN FLOOR HAS ONE FULL 4x8 x 1/2 PLY ON THE FLOOR, AND MORE IS NEEDED TO FINNISH THE FLOOR. i WAS GOING RIGHT OVER THE OLD VINAL FLOORING. MOST LIKLY 1-2 MORE SHEETS ARE REQUIRED TO FINNISH THE FLOOR. I HAVE A ROLL OF VINAL FLOORING, UNSURE THE SIZE.
THE KITCHEN SINK IS ON A 4' COUNTERTOP, WITH NO CABINET UNDER. THERE IS A SHELF BRACKET RATTED AT 450# ON ONE SIDE, AND A BLOCK MOUNTED TO THE WALL ON THE OTHER.
THE BATHROOM:
THE SHOWER: TILE HAS BEEN LAYED ON THE FLOOR, WITH GOOD SLOPE FOR DRAINAGE. THE THREE WALLS AND CEILING ARE FINNISHED IN GREEN BOARD. THE TWO WALLS (LEFT AND RIGHT, WHEN LOOKING AT THE SHOWER) HAVE BEEN FINNISHED WITH PLAIN WHITE TILEBOARD. THE SEAT IS FINNISHED WITH CEMENT BOARD, AND READY FOR TILES TO BE LAYED. THE CEILING HAS A WET LOCATION LIGHT. THE SHOWER VALVE IS ONE WHICH NORMALLY WOULD GO INTOP A TUB & SHOWER. THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS ADDING A HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD TO THE TUB SPOUT SIDE. AS WELL AS A REGULAR AHOWER HEAR AT TOP. THE DAM (TO HOLD THE WATTER IN THE SHOWER) MIGHT NEED TO BE MADE A LITTLE TALLER. CURRENTLY HAS TILE VBOARD ON IT AND IS ALSO AWAITING TILES.
ACROSS FROM THE SHOWER IS THE CLOSET. TWO DOORS, AND A CLOSET ROD. THE ELECTRICAL PANEL IS IN THIS CLOSET. I BELIVE IT IS A MURRY PANEL. SOME WORK MAY NEED TO BE DONE ON THIS. THERE ARE FOUR DRAWERS UNDER THE CLOSET DOORS. TWO OF THE DRAWERS ALWAYS FALL OFF THERE TRACKS.
THE TOILET IS IN THE NEXT COMPARTMENT, THE SINK IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOILET. THE TOILET IS AN AMERICAN STANDARD. ACROSS FORM THE TOILET IS THE HEATER. (UNSURE IF IT WORKS, NEVER TRYED IT) NEXT TO THE HEATER, AND ACROSS FROM THE SINK, IS A PANTRY, WITH LOTS OF FIXED SHELFS. THE SINK BUTTS UP TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SHOWER WALL.ON THIS WALL IS WERE THE LIGHT SWITCHES ARE FOR THE SHOWER, AND TOILET AREA.(SEAPERATE SWITCHS)
AGAIN, THE FLOOR IS BEING COVERED WITH PLYWOOD. IN THE BATHROOM ARE I USED 3/4 PLY, BECAUSE I HAD IT. THER IS A SMALL STRIP, ABOUT 2' x 5' THAT IS STILL THE OLD VINAL FLOOR. THERE ARE TWO POCKET SLIDDING DOORS. ONE BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND SHOWER AREA, AND ONE BETWEEN THE SHOWER AND TOILET AREA. I WAS GOING TO ADD ON TO THE AREA BETWEEN THE TOILET AND FRONT, BUT RAN OUT OF TIME.
IN THE TOILET AREA. THE WALL BEHIND THE TOILET, HAS NO PANELING, THE WALL IS RIPPED DOWN TO THE STUDS, AND YOU CAN SEE THE INSALLATION AND ELECTRICAL WIRES.
THE FRONT:
ONE SHEET OF 1/2 PLYWOOD HAS BEEN LAYED DOWN, MOST LIKLY 3 MORE WILL BE NEEDED.
THE FORWARD MOST WINDOW ON THE PASSANGE SIDE HAS AN AIR CONDISIONER IN IT, THIS WILL BE REMOVED BEFORE THE TRAILER IS SOLD (NOT INCLUDED)THE GLASS FROM THIS WINDOW HAS BEEN USED TO FIX OTHER WINDOWS IN THE TRAILER. SORRY I ONLY HAVE ONE OF THE PEICES LEFT FROM THIS WINDOW. THE PANELING UNDER THIS WINDOW WILL NEED TO BE REPLACE. THERE WAS WATER DAMGAE TO IT WHEN I GOT THE TRAILER. THE REAR MOST PART OF THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE FRONT AREA, HAS SOME PANELING MISSING. ALSO SOME ELECTRICAL WORK IS NEEDED IN THIS AREA. THE OLD FAN FROM THE STOVE IS ON THIS WALL. FAN NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, AND THE HOLE PATCHED. AGAIN, SORRY I RAN OUT OF TIME.
THE VERY FRONT OF THE THE TRAILER, THE OLD VINEL HAS CRACKED AND HAS SOME SOFT SPOTS IN THE UNDERLAYMENT. MOST LIKY WHEN THE FLOOR IS FINNISHED WITH THE PLYWOOD, THIS WILL STIFFEN THIS AREA. THERE ARE THREE WALL LIGHTS IN THE FRONT. TWO ON THE DRIVERS SIDE, ONE ABOVE THE WINDOW WITH THE AC IN IT. THERE IS A NOTHER LIGHT ON THE CEILING. THERE IS ALSO A BOX ON THE CEILING. IT HAD A LIGHT CONNECTED, BUT I REMOVED IT.. (LOW CEILING, AND I WOLD HIT MY HEAD)
THERE IS A CABINET ABOVE THE VERY FRONT WINDOW. THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 4 DOORS, BUT THE CABINET IS OPEN FORM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER.
OUTSIDE:
THERE IS A PORTCH LIGHT OUT SIDE THE FRONT DOOR.
CURRENLY, I HAVE BUILT A DECK AND A RAMP FOR MY WIFE, WHO IS IN A WHEEL CHAIR. ALL OF THIS LUMBER CAN BE YOUR IF YOU WANT IT. OTHERWISE IT WILL JUST BE DUMPED. THE DECK CONIST OF TWO SETRATE, BUT CONNECTED 4 x 8 SECTIONS, MADE FROM 2x4'S 16" OC WITH 1/2" PLYWOOD TOP. THEY FORM A "L" SHAPE. THE RAMP IS JUST UNDER 12' LONG, WITH 1/2"PLY AND 1/4" PLY ON TOP OF THAT. THE RAMP WOULD HAVE TO DISMANTED. IT WAS BUILT VERY UGLY.
THE ENTIRE TRAILER NEEDS A BATH AND A PAINT JOB, INSIDE AND OUT.
MY WIFE AND I STAYED IN THIS TRAILER FOR 4 MONTHS WHILE WORKING ON IT. WE ARE MOVING OUT OF THE STATE, AND CAN NOT TAKE IT WITH US. THIS TRAILER IS VERY STRONG, AND WOULD PROBABLY WITHSTAND ANY STORM (MAYBE NOT IN FLORIDA)
