The winner of this contest will be announced tomorrow during the lunch hour and winners will be treated to a pizza lunch on Friday.
Students will go see a drug-free presentation at the Paco Zarate Fine Arts building during their morning Biology classes.
An activity for students to understand Drug-Free week was for them to write an essay on having a drug-free party. This was done through English classes.

Tons of Spirit
Topic: School Spirit
The 9th graders had their 2nd pep rally today and they had a lot of spirit. They proudly waved balloons, posters, and fish signs, while yelling as hard as they could for the spirit competition. They also shook spray painted water bottles that contained beans, which caused for the 750+ class to sound tremendously loud. They lost the competition, but their school and class spirit prevailed!
