Charlie,
The day I met you was the day my life began,
The day my life became full of love, passion and joy.
The way you were so timid and shy,
your soft brown eyes so full of sadness and loneliness
touched my heart in a way it has never been touched before,
I felt in my heart that you truly needed me as much as I need you.
I still need you every day,
the brush of your work roughed hand on my face,
when you look deep into my eyes it makes my stomach do flips.
The feel of your breath on my neck,
the kiss of your lips on mine,
make me feel so loved and special.
Now as the years come and go our love only grows stronger.
We’ve had our share of obstacles but as we work through them together,
it has only made us closer.
And I love you more and more every day.
Just thinking of your hansom face
makes me smile and my heart feels so light and happy.
You truly are my universe.
And I know that our next year together will be better than the last.
