The reformation process in governments and economies continues apace, still mostly behind the public scene, to end the old, broken ways and usher in the new to far better serve all peoples and Earth herself. … Armed skirmishes and fatalities will continue, but none will lead to all-out war.

More and more souls are “seeing the light” and making U-turns from their dark tendencies, including deserters from the ranks of the Illuminati. Earth's ascension course, like everything else, is being accelerated, and storms, flooding, fires and earthquakes will continue to relieve negativity's pressure on the planet. The only ones in proximity to your solar system are of the light, but only several years ago in your time calculations, that wasn't the case — part of the vast force-field of thought-forms deriving from darkness held sway in the area until the in-pouring of light reached such a mass that the force field, to which light is anathema, no longer could remain.

Both reptilians and humans of dark persuasion are in top positions within the many sectors under the Illuminati “umbrella.” They are the ones I have spoken about that agreed to fill “bad guy” roles until completion of individuals' and Earth's third-density karma, when they would join the light forces, but instead reneged on their agreements. The Illuminati was once a cohesive body made up of numerous groups and individuals, and combined they controlled the most important facets of life on Earth. The Illuminati gave themselves that name, which means “the enlightened,” but they don’t publicly refer to themselves that way. They work in secret but the results of their efforts are seen throughout your world. Illuminati members lead national governments and their regulatory agencies; global economic agencies and banking; European royalty; international corporations; the United Nations; legal, policing and justice systems; educational institutions; all media forms; church hierarchies; the various medical and prescription drug establishments. I may have forgotten some areas, but in short, there is NO area of your world that is not Illuminati-infiltrated and influenced.

On Earth they are the people whose greed and control got way beyond their soul-level agreements, which was to serve in powerful positions to balance their own and a multitude of others’ chosen karmic experiencing. At the point when that had been accomplished and the collective karma had been satisfied, the intensity of greed and control in the Illuminati members was to have quickly reversed into the equitable sharing of their resources and power.

For some time, with full knowing of their soul-level agreements and the consequences of not abiding by those, the most powerful members of this group have refused to follow the agreements. Rather, this hard-core few intend to continue their amassing of the planet’s resources and suppression of entire nations. They have been told that they will not be able to do this, but they are deaf and blind to all urging of the light, and in their intention to relinquish nothing, they are using every possible means to keep lower-level members of the group fighting for this as well.

Of those who turned to the light in accordance with their soul contracts, some have been assassinated. Family members have been killed as a warning to those in positions of influence where they still are needed by the top leaders. In the more weak-willed members, bribery is a successful tool because greed is in the hearts of all Illuminati. The time comes for contact and the revealing of your new reality. This new reality is one to be noted for its abundance and for the end of the lies and secrecy that marked the last eight decades. You suffered through a grand ignorance and now is the time for this ignoble behavior to end. The new caretaker regimes need to tell you immediately the truth of what has happened just since the start of your last economic depression.

The follies the US government and the utter hell instituted by Nazi Germany and her minions need to see the light of day. A great scheme born partly in the depression and aided after World War II by the Nazi conspiracy is a tale needing telling. This conspiracy murdered a US President, misused the US government as its staking horse and contributed massively to the current economic mess.

Along the way, they instituted the UFO cover up and a tale of corruption that seems almost too incredible to be true. The vast conspiracies of the dark were forged into their present state by the collusions and out-and-out double-dealing that happened near the end of World War II. From this developed a plan that was cunningly put into place and became what is called the Military-Industrial Complex.

At its core were those who had pledged to subvert the idea of America by mixing it with the tyranny and downright evil of the German Nazi regime. Under this growing cabal's command was launched the UFO cover-up and a whole series of nefarious plans to overturn the heavenly edicts previously agreed to by the cabal's overlords, the Anunnaki. (1) These dark plots were almost successful. On the very eve of these plans coming to fruition came the Peace of Anchara (2) and the sudden flip-flop of the Anunnaki.

At a stroke the cabal lost its supreme commanders and was thrown into a quandary about whether to abandon its plans or to formulate a new way to ensure victory. What resulted was a shake-up which forged a new array of alliances that eventually produced success in the United States election of 2000. Even though this victory was achieved by illegal means, the cabal was now in possession of the US government and began plotting a number of events that it hoped would lead them back to where they were in early 1995.

The subsequent years produced some auspicious victories, but also resulted in the situations in which the dark now finds itself. Its many vile acts permitted our Earth allies to grow greatly in stature and to have a number of important agreements manifested.

These led to an international debt forgiveness process and a way of ensuring a new global banking and financial system. The present madness is an agenda that is inextricably wrapped up with both the UFO cover-up and the rise to power of a group of American illuminoids at the end of World War II. The agitation of this group over this matter in the late 1990s is the root cause of what is transpiring around you now. This situation became clear to us when, time after time, carefully negotiated agreements were proven to be not worth the paper they were written on. We quickly learned that this unbelievable guile was par for the course.

Each of the principals lives in a secret, dark world filled with unmentionable horror. Secrecy is a hallmark of their actions. Our priority is to ensure that you are liberated from the dark tyranny that has run your World for far too long. Its last perpetrators are the present Cabal that has attained a stranglehold on the American Government. Their treachery began in the waning days of your last World War, when a number of secret agreements were made with members of the former Nazi Regime.

This instigated a series of secret Alliances with International Corporations headquartered in Europe and North America. This resulted in a coalition that sought to restore the principal goals of this defeated, Fascist Regime by bringing to power a Government in North America that was favorable to these same malignant policies.

This self-generated 'War on Terrorism' has been a primary focus of theirs for many decades. Now what I will say is that it has also been explained to me by some of these insiders that all of us on Earth, everyone has some of this reptilian genetics in our DNA because basically the Anunnaki reverse-engineered the existing humans on this planet and upgraded them with their own DNA to some degree and there are some problems that I can't go into details about with the physical human body that are actually directly attributed to the reptilian genetics that we have.

The emerging world food crisis is another event that must come under truth's scrutiny. It is a fabrication of the dark forces and their system of finance. We hear pundits and experts say that the high prices of rice and other grains are due to 1) more people eating better and thus more in the emerging economies such as India and China 2) a greater world population to feed, 3) the fabrication of biofuels using food crops etc. However some food security experts are baffled at this crisis and maintain, that there is enough food on earth to feed everyone. If this is so, why are the prices of food grains getting so prohibitively high on the world market to the point where billions of people face the prospect of starvation because prices are too high?

The key to this crisis is price. No one says there is not enough grains, just that prices are skyrocketing. We maintain that prices are skyrocketing as a result of dark force manipulation of the markets rather than a real shortage of food. We have looked at this situation from our vantage point and have come to the following perspective:

• Central banks in every country are furiously printing money causing a general worldwide inflation causing prices to go up. The chief culprit of this printing mania is the US Federal Reserve as the US dollar is the de facto reserve currency and used to price most commodities on the world markets. So basically, there is too much money sloshing about the earth today with no place to go.

• World prices for essential food commodities such as rice, wheat, corn, cooking oil, meats etc. are unfortunately controlled by the worldwide casino known as the derivative or futures markets primarily located in Chicago and New York . These markets play with futures contracts, options, options on options and money.

• The excess amount of money sloshing about the earth is in the hands of a very few huge investors (hedge funds, pension funds, mutual funds and the like). Because of the downturn in other economic sectors such as the disastrous real estate market, this extra money is being poured into the food commodities derivative markets and thus causes futures contracts on food commodities to shoot up artificially. The amount of grains on the market is irrelevant.

• It is this excess money that is competing for limited numbers of grain futures contracts and options that is driving prices of food commodities. For example, Investor A owns a rice futures contract that bets rice will be $100 per ton in November. Investor B (with a lot of money in his pocket) will buy that contract from Investor A for $120.00 because he knows he can in turn sell the contract to Investor C for $150.00. So in this example, the price goes up $50.00 per ton without having any connection with the actual supply of rice on the ground.

• While this casino game is being played out, world-wide prices of grains and staple foodstuffs increase by the day, if not by the hour. Growers hold back releasing their crops because they think they will get more money if they wait. This then creates an artificial shortage on the market and increases the price even more. In the meantime, their storehouses are bulging waiting for the highest price for release onto the markets.

• In the meantime, billions of poor are being pushed to the brink of starvation.

A monumental human disaster is being created for the purpose of eventually controlling huge swathes of the human population on earth. Control a man's food supply and you have a slave. Governments and international agencies have already set in motion food aid to “help” their starving populations. But we know from past experience, that when governments control their citizen's food supply, they control the person's soul. We are beginning to see food riots around the world. Food aid will placate and quell these riots but at a tremendous cost of free will. The hungry become the wards and slaves of the state. Unless the people rise up and declare, “Enough is enough!” the dark force plan to create out of the hungry, wards and slaves of the state will succeed. Of course there is another factor that determines where your path takes you, and that is your spiritual beliefs. If you accept One God of All Love that is given to all without exception, where is the necessity for people to divide and set themselves apart? Your struggles through millennia of time have pulled you down, yet the Light has always been present and emerged through the darkness of ages past. Treatment according to what you can afford has in effect “rationed“ it, or denied it often to the most vulnerable people. You have been one of the wealthiest countries that could well have ensured that treatment was freely available to everyone.

You would be overwhelmed with shock if you did but know the enormous sums spent on the military and covert operations that have not benefited you at all. On the contrary you have as a country alienated many others, through the insidious campaigns against regimes that have not gained your favor.

Indicators of the frenzy in the administration and the fatigue in the military are the individuals being repositioned or replaced to create the appearance of a “new strategy” in Iraq. Principal players who formerly supported the war have abandoned ship either by disillusionment that policies proven futile nevertheless were continued or by “seeing the light” and embracing it.

Incrementally they will be, because the ultimate reason for the tumult in the Mideast cannot stay cloaked much longer in the spin of “a democratic Iraq” or “Israel’s national security.” With the ever-growing demands for troop withdrawal from Iraq and for attention to be given to stopping genocide, starvation, disease, poverty and new weapons development, the light is shifting the power from the dark perpetrators to the enlightened populace. Suzy Ward: When will we see unmistakable evidence of BIG changes?

Matthew: I don’t know exactly when, Mother. Change comes according to the energy put into it, and there are more factors affecting the momentum of change than the people who are determined to “stay the course” toward world domination with conquest of the Mideast as a necessary step. The lack of truthful information in mainstream media remains a contributor, because many still believe whatever rhetoric is put forth, and the energy of their thoughts is “stuck” in that information.

But there are other influencing sources, too, mostly fear or apathy in people who do not have light workers’ understanding of what is transpiring. People who are barely eking out a living wage are fearful of losing that income, and those who have no jobs or homes or health care and no hope of ever improving their living standards are fearful about what will happen to them.

Parents and grandparents despair about the world their families will inherit. These many millions of souls, plus all who are besieged with their own or loved ones’ debilitating illness or are grieving from loss of their dear folks, are preoccupied with their everyday lives that leave no emotional margin or interest in thinking beyond that.

Many people have become inured to war as a way of life and just go about their daily affairs; employees of companies that supply the war machine are interested in their jobs continuing; young adults who see no sense in making long-term plans escape into drugs or immersion in violent computer games; feelings of the religiously devout who believe their religion is the only true one range from despising the Muslim “enemy” to accepting that their death and destruction of their country is God’s will; and believers in Armageddon are simply waiting to be “saved.” All in these population groupings could be considered passive supporters of the status quo by either creating more negativity for Earth to deal with or by putting forth no energy toward change.

And there is another group supporting the status quo by the energy of their thoughts and feelings. The troops in the trenches need to feel that they are serving a valuable purpose and so do their anxious families. The many thousands who have sustained life-changing physical and psychological wounds and their families need to feel the same.

And certainly the families of the women and men who have died on the warfront need to feel the deaths were for something meaningful or they would be inconsolable. The combined energy attachments of all those souls who need to believe [in] what they do also slows the process of change in the government that approved of waging the war and wants it to continue.
