It is difficult to convey the truth of what is happening, to those who do not wish to acknowledge our existence. However, as time goes by there will be a more informed public about our activities and why we are here.
You can perhaps understand why we concentrate on making our presence obvious in your skies, rather than open contacts at this important time. There is a perception amongst you that accepts our peaceful intentions, and that has taken a long time to achieve.
Actual contact has to be carefully planned and involve those who have agreed to it, even although they think otherwise. As you are so often informed, nothing that has a major bearing on your life happens by chance. Even what you may see as unwelcome forms part of your life plan. First contact … is one of the divine elements that is to forge your new whole. It is a vast undertaking and Heaven has orchestrated a most complex composition. These sacred notes are a special song that heralds the birthing of a new realm. It is the promise that the Ascended Masters proclaimed after the sacred decrees of Aeon were manifested.
This holy manifestation is now entering physicality. Her great energy is sending out the waves of blessing that are to transform this and endless other realities. Hark! Awaken to the power of Love and the unending potential of the Light!

This is a team effort. No one will stop you from achieving your destination and destiny, either. Each of us is one player in the larger drama. We have our script, too. Everyone has their script, and we can't tell you details about your individual scripts. All we can tell you is that we are with you and working on you around the clock to enable you to make the rest of the journey successfully.
The drama that is playing out will become even more dramatic in the days, months, and years ahead. Observe it if you feel to, but allow it to play out without resistance from your end or contributing to it by becoming involved in it. It is going to play out, no matter how you respond to it. It isn't going to be stopped, and it isn't supposed to be stopped.
Everyone is playing their individual part perfectly. This is the grand summing up of the human experience on 3D planet Earth. We are deliberately allowing our craft to be seen more frequently. It is part of a gentle process of bringing people out of their state of denial where we are concerned. It is far better to accept our presence as benign Beings now, than to suffer the shock of having to undo beliefs that are to be shattered when we arrive on Earth. We are your family and it is time that we came to know each other, and it is not a forcing of the issue as we have been quietly making ourselves known to you for some 60 years.
The waiting is nearly over for us and if your leaders do not agree to our landing, there is an ultimate date when we shall have to come regardless. Many Changes in the Plan Have Occurred

This coming period requires all those involved in the first contact mission to find ways to bring forward our current timelines. Our command team has asked the commanders of all contingents in the first contact mission to give us their creative input, which we intend to use to redraft the carrying out of the mass contact. Meanwhile, our science and diplomatic groups continue to monitor these situations and supply us with a stream of new data on various fronts.
Recent meetings of our fluid management teams have resulted in a readjustment of our daily procedures and in setting up a series of new tables to reevaluate the entire first contact operation. First contact, as we often remind you, is a perpetually fluid work-in-progress. This is essential because it permits us to reinterpret and adapt the mission to keep up with volatile planetary requirements. In this context, we have moved additional motherships into a closer orbit with Earth, which have the capability to take more accurate readings of the results of our Earth guardianship activities.
Everything we are engaged upon is designed to assist Heaven to accomplish this mission as swiftly as divinely possible. On many occasions we have redesigned the mission's setup and revised the main goals, and now we are called upon to do this once more. …
Our Earth allies know this full well and are working diligently to complete the prerequisites for an optimum framework within which the mass landings can smoothly occur. The pressure they work under stems from the Agreement of 1998, and their dedication to the responsibilities they assumed then is greatly admired by us. Without the total resistance of your dark cabal and its sycophants in government, this first contact was scheduled to happen over a decade ago. Their intransigence and a near natural catastrophe altered this initial schedule. Now, we are on a timetable dictated by events on your world. This requirement added years to this first timetable. It leaves us ready and yet unable to come as first planned.
Currently, a number of new factors changed these first conceptions. Our new timetable is busily ticking off the time and we await the moment when we can fully reveal the vastness of our fleet to you. Look at the great explosion of Light that has taken place on Earth in a comparatively short time, as since the Millennium it has increased immensely. It is as though you have been given a new lease of life, and in essence that is what has happened.
There was a plan that allowed for the end of the cycle to occur at that time, but it was seen that there were greater prospects of more souls turning to the Light by completing the full cycle. That decision has proved decisive and correct, as the Light has continued to grow exponentially.
Now the dark has been slowly restricted and denied further opportunities to cause calamities on Earth. This first contact, as frequently noted, has become a work in progress. Our original concept did not include the amount of assistance we are offering to our Earth allies. Our Earth allies are now a more united group whose purpose is to remove this cabal from power and instigate a more prosperous and freer global environment. We have worked on our "First Contact" for nearly a decade and, during this time, have developed, then discarded, a number of possible sequences. All of this preparation responds to one basic factor - your ascension/integration process. Moreover, we have adjusted, according to your Secret Rulers' changing reaction to us. Remember that these 'powers that be' upon your world have known about us for many millennia. They have also known a number of Star societies that represented the 'Dark side', and have employed this fact to maintain their balance of power.
Now, the scale has finally tipped against them. Our intervention on your behalf has caused us, again, to alter our scenarios. However, how we intend to actually arrive has not changed. As before, we plan to inform you of our coming in a global telecast of unprecedented proportions. As before, we will neutralize any potential threats to our landing. As before, a whole host of Celestial Beings from Heaven will accompany our craft. As before, this coming will be massive and global in scale.

We need to provide those resources that permit the change of certain worldwide social and economic structures. This complex process was undertaken only after the completion of a great deal of preliminary work. The various seemingly long delays, periods of no apparent change, and even times when the chaos field seems overwhelming, are just part of this transitional period. Everything has a purpose. It is meant to create certain effects in your reality that either are too subtle for most of you to discern, or are a period when we are altering the many nefarious schemes dreamed up by your worldly Cabals. The Overall Plan for First Contact

As you know, this first contact operation is far from usual. You are considered by Heaven to be "special" and we have therefore used many resources outside of normal procedures. Every person from our fleet embedded in your society is studying your world from the standpoint of contact.
From their recommendations we compiled a list with which we are complying. Based on this list, the operation has been reordered into three stages. We are presently completing stage one, in which our Earth allies are to bring us to the brink of direct, mass first contact.
Stage two is the actual mass contact operation. Here, we drew up a whole range of points for our counselors to discuss with you. We have lots of information for you, and then we wish to mentor you through the actual move into full consciousness. It is helpful for us to view this prospect as both exciting but also a little bit surreal.
Let us explain: Your society, to us, is marinated in contradiction. Incongruous and illogical customs seem literally to define you. And no one seems able to acknowledge the strangeness that riddles your society.
This was one of the more striking qualities of your cultures for our embedded personnel, and they are now quite adept at adjusting to these idiosyncrasies. This knowledge is helping us to formulate our first moments with you. It is important that you perceive us as friendly. To this end a number of your odd cultural nuances have been taught to our fleet personnel.
For example, in many galactic cultures certain gestures are not considered either hostile or unfriendly. A comparison can be made with the custom, common to many Polynesian societies, of sticking the tongue out and screaming, which for them is a sign of friendship but which was viewed by most in the West as a hostile act.
We quickly collated the results of a number of research projects on your many greeting protocols and then divided up our initial meeting with you into global sections. We also learned that starting a conversation with you is governed by specific verbal rules, and these too have been incorporated into our greeting ritual. First impressions are very important. After all, we come from societies that are undoubtedly strange to you too. Once we are acquainted, this mutual strangeness will fade, and we can begin the "getting to know you" part of first contact.
We wish the moment when you discover that you are not alone to be a joyous one. We wish you to know that you are on the verge of a destiny that is truly wonderful! Over the past decades, we contacted a number of individuals in order to get you used to the idea that we are here and that we bring a series of important messages to deliver to you.
Now we are in pre-first-contact mode. Besides giving you brief overviews, like this one, of what is going on in your world and what we are doing, the next step includes vast interconnected, substantial change on your world. As your planet reaches the point of change, our mission becomes mainly to safeguard and carry out a first contact. This operation gives us a broad leeway in what we can do. We are weighing our options and waited for the time to move us into a position of moving from being a myth to being a reality to the people of your world. Here, we need to strike a pose that readies you to accept openly what first contact truly means.
This jump from seeing your planet as a global arena has only been in play for less than 400 years. The next conscious leap has only been widely envisioned for the last 40 years. This perspective can give you an idea of just how quickly your world has progressed to the next leap in your history. The coming magic moments promise much for each of you to absorb and for each of you to acknowledge.
First contact is only just the first stage in a great journey that we are to travel together. In a way, we are here to acknowledge who you really are and to show you your sister subterranean world called Agartha. Agartha and its many wonders are to be shared with the people of the surface realms. Your future is to be spent here and much less so in your former surface world. This surface reality is to become a great and protected wilderness broken only at Mother Earth's major nodes by special temple complexes. These are to be the special points where the life force of the planet is most dependent on a special intervention by its guardians. This guardian group's land component is you. At the time of the start of each of the four seasons, you are to be summoned to carry out [ceremonies] that can sustain Earth's eco-system and vivify Mother Earth as well. These chores are based on your Love and respect for your home and indeed all of physicality.
As physical Angels, you move into a daily reality that is quite different from what you are now doing. Most of your day is engrossed in your life's joy as well as the joy of friends and your large podlet family. This lifestyle is based upon abundance and the interlinking of family and interaction with the society at large. You are known for who you are and you are eager to contribute your talents to the world at large. These contributions are honored and you are a respected member of this star nation.
In this capacity, you come to serve for a time in the fleets of the Galactic Federation. Most personnel on our ships are here for a short time. They come to serve and to advance the Light in this Galaxy. The first contact fleets that we have above you are made up of veterans of this procedure. The appearance of our great starships will be a shock to almost everyone on your planet. It will be a first time for most people to see a fully materialized ship from another planet. Heretofore, many appearances have been holographic images transmitted from our ships in orbit. Our arrival will cause many changes to your previously held beliefs.
Our current plan is to make appearances in a number of locations simultaneously. This will heighten the value of our debut. As we have stated many of your systems and institutions will be shocked by our arrival. Many people will continue to deny the reality of what they see with their own eyes; many will fear. So this will not be a momentary appearance and then we depart; no, we will stay awhile.
There will be some interchange of communications from our ships to you via your radio and television. We will also be transmitting telepathically. The basic message will be as follows:
• We are here at the request of many of this planet. We come in peace. We do not wish to overwhelm you, or to be treated as superior. Only our technology sets us apart from you.This is a preview of the message you will receive when we make our appearance. Please broadcast it so that many will know.• This is the end of an era for the people of this planet. The darkness that has overwhelmed you for many thousands of years is lifted. You may now see yourselves as the beautiful beings whom you are. You are our sisters and brothers. Welcome back into the family.
• We would like to help you correct your presence on this planet, so that you will no longer assault Earth. We wish to help you live at peace with each other and with your home.
• To that end, we will help you develop technology that will enable you to do this. Also we are making certain adjustments to the planet to return her full function to her. She is a beautiful sphere that has been chained these many years.
• There will be a period of transition to the new. We will work to minimize its impact on all of you. Please join with us in a spirit of friendship and mutual assistance.
Conditions on your planet are quite fragile, much more than you are being led to believe. Your economy and governments are stressed. Your environment is stretched to the limit. You are unable to continue on this path. Major changes will be required. Are you ready to undertake these changes? Are you ready to step up to become citizens of the cosmos? Are you ready to fulfill your destiny?
The most obvious group who will be forced to openly recognize our existence is your military. They will come to see that they have no place in peaceful interaction between civilizations from different planets. Sophisticated weapons of your military were designed with the assistance of those who came here under the guidance of the dark energy. We wish them to be turned off before we make our appearance so that there will be no injuries to those on your planet or to our ships.
Next will be governments, who will be forced to admit that they are part of a larger whole. They will send emissaries to meet with us, to speak for the people, however our mission is to speak to the people directly; we will do that. Many will “hear” us speaking to them directly. All will be startled. Those who are awake will accept us as their brothers and sisters. Those who are less awake will be dismayed, but they too can see us as non-threatening, if they will change their perspective.
And, yes, many will fear us and reject us. Those who cling to old religious notions will fear us the most. Religious leaders can do much to ease the fears of those who look up to them. Will they do that? We will see.
Scientists will change their views of what is possible and what is not. Some of their physics will be outdated. Again, some will resist. We anticipate that most will eagerly accept.
Those who deal with the environment will see us as a way to cleanse the Earth. That we will do, as well as changing attitudes about your planet. Many of our transmissions will be made to help people to understand Earth as a living organism.
All institutions set up by the agents of the dark energy will be impacted. We will not impose our ways on you; only show you at there are other ways. Showing ourselves will assist you to rethink your priorities.
We come here not to destroy Earth or her people, rather we wish to jolt humankind with the realization that there is more to living than leading a self-centered life. Those who are caught up in that mode will fail to accept us.
Your methods of transportation will be seen as outmoded. This will lead to demands for radical change. We will show you the way; you must implement it for yourselves.
Communications will be altered as you see that you can communicate without the need for electronics. This will change the shape of your telecommunications.
We have previously spoken of the energy sources that we have installed. These will ease your burden during this time of transition.
Yes, the impact of our showing ourselves in this density will be overwhelming, particularly to those who cling to the old ways. This may produce a few weeks of painful adjustment. Be prepared for dislocations of the conventional.
It is only after we make ourselves know that we will make certain adjustments to your planet. We have previously spoken of these. These too will cause some temporary adaptations. Be prepared and help those who do not yet understand. Earth is returning to her pristine, beautiful state. Humankind is returning to its state before the dark energy invaded your planet and modified you. Some will be see this as ascension; in reality it is a returning and new grounding. From there you will advance to be a planet of the cosmos.
All facets of your current context will be affected. Look to each other in preparation for our time of arrival. Examine for yourself how it would change your life. This new abundant realm [of NESARA] is merely the "baby-steps" for the events that form the prelude to first contact. Among these are many disclosures of long-suppressed technologies. These can greatly reduce pollution; cast you into a new computer age; and end your reliance on fossil-fuel propulsion systems. These possibilities delight us and are the reason for a great deal of our planning for what comes next. You are more than ready for us. We have watched your reactions to many different kinds of information disseminated by your media about us. Most of your reaction is positive, and we have seen that you deeply disagree with the skeptics who are so pervasive in your media. This encourages us to urge our Earth allies to announce to you that we are here and ready to work with you in a post-first-contact world. First contact remains our primary objective. This direct interaction with you will introduce you to the protocols and other daily procedures that are part of becoming fully conscious.
Heaven is daily making the adjustments to your genetics, chakra system, and so forth, which are needed to move you toward full consciousness.
Our task is at first to oversee these alterations and then to instruct you directly in what you need to do in order to live successfully as a new Being in this new environment.
Hence we are to have a whole range of get-togethers in which you come to know us and develop the trust needed for completing what lies ahead of you. This is a good time to mention something I have been thinking about. Readers who are familiar with my messages and the books know that I don't ever use the term “First Contact,” and since it is in popular usage, you may have wondered why I don't. It's because it implies that there has been no contact between Earth humankind and other civilizations, and the truth is, only when no life at all existed on the planet have souls from other civilizations not been there.
When the planet was populated in ancient times, the peoples recognized those in their midst who were from other worlds, just as all who were knew their origins and heritage. In more recent times, most of Earth's peoples had lost the awareness that always some souls from higher civilizations were in the planetary population, and today only a comparative few know that a number of highly evolved souls have come from outer space to live and work alongside you.
For eons spaceships have traveled to your homeland planet, and for well over sixty years, thousands have been nearby, including mother ships whose occupants have been assisting Earth— without their help, her planetary body would have died and none of you would be there today. Although not reported in US media, elsewhere reported sightings of small craft have become almost ho-hum; and those kinds of crafts have long been landing in isolated areas where safety is certain, most often in the Far East and Latin America. Frequently the crews mingle with the residents, who intuitively know they are from distant homelands and welcome them. However, the visitors who met with your government leaders fifty or so years ago were not received in the peaceful spirit in which they came. Those who weren't killed were soundly rebuffed when they offered to share their technology in exchange for those heads of state halting all warfare and destroying instead of increasing their arsenals. So I don't know how the term “First Contact” was coined, and I must confess that I don't know exactly what it means to those who use it. It is essential that you as a people move beyond the millennia-long xenophobia that is so openly encouraged in your religious philosophies and 'recorded' history. You have long had close associations with so-called extraterrestrials, or ETs. These interactions include your former overloads, the Anunnaki; various groups from the dark Anchara Alliance; and a Sirian-based coalition from the Galactic Federation.
These groups played a significant role in the development of your present civilization. Indeed, the mythologies of ancient Greece, Rome, India, and China, as well as those of the peoples of the Americas and Oceania, are full of stories that confirm this fact. Celestial intervention is the norm, and the present time is not as anomalous as your governments would have you believe. Acknowledgement in some countries of UFO cases long sequestered by your governments is a sign that this decades-long cover-up cannot last much longer.
As these things become known, our more frequent appearance in your day and night skies can lead only to the logical fact that you are not alone. Our next step is to offer more dramatic proof that we are here, that we are benevolent, and that we are ready to carry out a first contact. We of the Pleiadian civilisation are one of many races of beings that are space-bound. That is we have ships that can traverse the vast distances of space. The other space-bound races that we meet with that agree to a charter of Service to Other and non-intervention and so forth are invited to join an organisation called the Galactic Federation of Light.
The Galactic Federation has been quite directly involved in your planet in many, many ways for your planet’s whole history. Of late we have been bringing a great many ships into the environment of your planet in order to assist with numerous subtle duties.
I can list a few: assisting with the balancing of your magnetosphere, working against your destructive tendencies by disallowing nuclear explosions and similar [events], beaming in and balancing frequencies of light that assist in the ascension process, severely curtailing the negative activities of other self-serving space races and so on and so on. The list is long.
The point is we have been here in the environs of your planet for a long time working very hard to assist in your welfare though you have not known about it. You see, we can work across different densities of existence and we confine ourselves to densities other than your own so that we are not observed. This has been important as our non-interventionist policies dictate that we do not force ourselves upon a population that does not ask, and is not ready, for our arrival. But now, in the last number of years, consciousness has been shifting on your planet. For many reasons.
One is that there have been appearances by other self-serving space-bound races on your planet. They are not party to our Galactic Federation charter and so they behave with impunity. They managed to arrange an agreement with the American government many years ago which basically gave them access to your planet in exchange for militarily-useful secrets. This has now backfired on them. They attempted to be stealthy in their interactions with earth humans but they made many errors. Your awareness of them and their ships picked up dramatically and caused your population to begin to ask questions.
Then, with the incoming light, consciousness on your planet has shifted radically. You are simply no longer willing to believe everything your governments tell you. You are no longer willing to be lead like lambs to the slaughter of the gods of fear and war. You think for yourselves and you ask questions.
So, along this path you began to remember lives amongst us out in the stars. Or you reached out to us in your minds. Or in a heightened state of awareness you opened your perception to our ships in the neighbouring densities. Whatever the case might be you began to become aware of us. We were waiting. We eagerly engaged with any that would welcome it. We encouraged such engagement with subtle inputs like the crop circle phenomenon.
And slowly the mind-set of earth inhabitants shifted. And now we are here at point where a significant number of earth's population are ready to know about our existence and are available to the possibility that we might be peaceful, loving and of positive intent. Initially, you will visit ships belonging to our Feet that have been observing you for millennia. They are vast, sentient and designed to educate you in the workings of galactic society. Their crews consist of a diversified group of specially trained Humans. As mentioned in our previous report, these ships are not simply Pleiadean or Andromedan, but carry uniquely varied crews.
During the course of your tour, we will encourage you to wander about and to ask a multitude of questions. Know, also, that some of you will be allowed to remain longer than others. We will use this additional time to familiarize you with who we are.
Some of you will be invited to become Liaisons for our mission of First Contact. First Contact is an operation that began in 1990 as a simple directive from the Sirian Regional Council; its scope was expanded when the Main Federation Council approved this action in 1991. ‘First Contact' will start when a special series of major announcements are made by the world's major governments, which will be almost simultaneous.
They will announce that E.T's are here and benevolent, and will acknowledge the part the Galactic Federation has played in assuring the new reality manifests according to the divine plan. Once the series of formal announcements and the global delivery of your abundance [Ed. See NESARA] are complete, we will begin our own proceedings.
These will include a series of daytime flyovers. We will accompany them with an announcement of who we are and what we are doing. The next step will be a number of small landings. At this point, we will permit you to inspect our craft and choose a few individuals to take a brief ‘joyride' in our ships.
‘First Contact' would also take place, to land en masse, if requested by the Spiritual Hierarchy. (1) Special, planet-sized command ships from the Scientific and Exploration fleets will serve as the main command ships for the First Contact mission. Fifty human star-nations are involved in ‘First Contact'. Our mission is divine and our aim will be to manifest many important projects, to promote world peace, alter social, cultural and economic structures, and permit Mother Earth to transform herself.
As a final step, we will introduce you to your local Spiritual Hierarchy, and re-unite you with your brethren in the Inner Earth. (2) There will be an ongoing series of announcements by the Ascended Masters (3) that will help resolve certain cultural power struggles and make possible cross cultural co-operation. Each one will step forward and explain the origins and histories of your many cultures and religions, and radical changes will take place in your religious struggles.
Our Earth allies are acutely aware that the moment of formal ‘First Contact' will end the many millennia in which the ‘divide and conquer' rule ran this reality. It will also proclaim that we will no longer tolerate the greed and arrogance of your present cabals. The announcement of ‘First Contact' will encourage full disclosure of the now super-secret UFO government files. The area of so-called UFO studies requires a spiritual arm. This segment enables us to look beyond the technology and realise that advanced, enlightened societies are primarily spiritual in nature. …
Masters of both this world and Sirius have joined together, they will appear before you. Direct contact personnel hail from the Pleiades Star League, Constellation of Andromeda, Lyra, Perseus and Aries, as well as the Sirius Star Nation. They will act as guides and teachers for your coming transitional period.
Ships from many different human galactic societies will welcome you into the Galactic League of Light. The first ring of ships, surrounds Mother Earth and your artificial Moon. This fleet contains over one million ships. Our first reporters will be liaisons and chosen from our several primarily human off-world galactic societies. Liaison teams will make a series of global broadcasts; two programmes are planned to introduce us.
We will train small units of two to six ships each. These ships will land enabling the local populace the opportunity to view them. For a short time the Galactic Federation teams will leave their ships to instruct you regarding this technology, and explain your responsibility as Physical Angels. We will begin a programme to allow you to visit our Motherships. There will be vast flyovers by scout ships, which will occur before mass landing.
We will release secret technologies, and even more wondrous devices, including many energy and transportation related inventions, that have been produced around your world during the past century. Your secret governments suppressed this technology, along with many other environmental innovations, out of deep-seated fear that such discoveries could result in their downfall.
We will also introduce more workable technology, and allow each of you to obtain information – and to contact one another with ease. The rise of a post-Internet environment, which we have initiated, will introduce you to new options in communication and entertainment. Simple handheld or easy to wear devices, will provide instant information, and enable you to contact freely anyone else on your world. Using small organic computers, you will become globally recognisable by your body's true frequency. These devices inter-phase with your mind, providing a 3D holographic picture that contains data, images etc.
The commercial system will be 3D full colour telepathic holography. Anyone who wishes to communicate can simply visualise a person and their computer will contact them. It will include a universal translator and a special frequency dialling system that is closely linked to your unique physical signature.
Each household will receive a device that converts light energy into matter to provide clothing and food. Remember that abundance programmes will allow you to have all the financial resources you need. Our Earth allies have consented to many agreements even more powerful than NESARA. (5) These provisions are not to be released to the general public, until the first set of agreements has been publicly announced. Only then will the second and third waves of actions be revealed and made public law.
We will introduce you to technology which will allow you to travel more freely. You will be provided with a new form of transportation, and your new personal vehicles will levitate a few feet off the ground, and are capable of speeds up to 500 miles (800 kilometres) per hour. Aircraft as you know them will disappear and be converted to a ‘magnetic lifter' technology, with Mach 8 capabilities, as well as providing primitive craft that resemble ours. A teleportation system will be available for long range emergency trips. We will also use this technology to build a fully automated highway system.
An extensive training programme for medical practices that are not harmful to health will be introduced. It will align your medical services more closely to ours. You will absorb an enormous amount of new information, and to help assimilation of the vast quantities of knowledge, we will provide a technology that can ‘download' it directly into your brain's memory and recall systems. You will develop your Science and expand your philosophies in ways yet unheard of, resulting in a glittering union of these now contradictory elements. We will introduce you to the wonders of ‘artificial intelligence'. We will supply a system of technologies that with, your manifested abilities, will reverse the pollution that now fouls your air, land and water on Mother Earth, in less than six months.
Our second objective will be the factories, offices, homes, power generating stations, air, water and land vehicles that spew out most of the pollution. Free-energy devices will be introduced that can be mass-produced quickly. Using our technology, we can vaporise and fully erect buildings in a matter of days, and will re-tool your manufacturing network in less than a week. Moreover, we can fully automate it. Technological gadgets will allow you to end your dependence upon manufactured materials. You will be able to construct your own dwellings and collectively plan your cities. Your rural areas will be returned to their original condition of unspoiled forests and meadows.
A number of our technologies can convert living Light into food, clothes and other uses, thus ending your long dependence on agriculture and the lumber industry. Remember that technology is a tool, provided by consciousness, to create as pleasurable an environment as possible. You need to make the next grand ‘leap' – that is, to grow from a planetary society to a galactic one. Never forget, dear Ones, that you are mutating into ‘Homo Galactica.' A more integrated version of you, this galactic human possesses the ability to hold open, meaningful dialogue with your true self.
Special World Centres will be created. A new financial system will be born. This reorganisation of your worldwide wealth is preparing the way for a new era of power on your world. This power will be ‘people-based' and lack the malevolent self-interest of your former secret rulers. Many groups, on your world and off, are co-operating with the spiritual realm to put an end to that which is preventing the manifesting of your financial abundance and the rapid establishment of world peace. This process involves many different possibilities. The one we prefer is to be silent support for a swift and successful military, political and economic transition on your world. This means also that, at the appropriate time, we will shut down all adverse military communications and immediately hand over these responsibilities to our Earth allies. We are determined to assure our allies immediate success by making certain that all essential personnel now controlled by Earth's last cabal are quickly captured. These quick incursions into the cabal's camp will allow our Earth allies to attain their initial objectives silently and swiftly. With the cabal's leaders under arrest, some major and indisputably positive world changes can be formally announced. Once peace is declared, we will supervise the rapid disengagement of all warring parties.
Disclosures will also make possible the public proclamation of our existence by the new provisional governments. Moreover, they will be able to introduce our planned ‘pre-first contact' broadcasts. Our vehicles are living, organic Beings, equipped with highly advanced organic computers that are enlarged reproductions of our brains. A ship has the capacity to interconnect with us on all levels. There are long-range working networks that are built into each ship, there is a smaller-range network that telepathically connects all crew members to the ship. As you board one of our craft, you are immediately ‘plugged' into this network, which comprehensively monitors all of your body functions, thought processes and emotional states of each individual on board. This wondrous piece of technology will appear to you as a living, highly-intelligent Being. One of the major abilities of this technology is interstellar travel. We can adjust a ship's frequency in order to move it from star to star. These ‘jumps' from one solar system to another, occur because of the way physicality is constructed.
Originating from scout ships or large Mother Ships, we will reveal through radio, T.V. and computer networks, the true picture of the world's history, also of conspiracies to deny you a cache of technology. Broadcasts will explain how people of the Inner Earth have looked after you. They have prepared an almost endless array of enclaves for you, Eden-like realms where you will complete your mutation into fully conscious Beings. The special places built for you are fully operational and waiting. Mass landings will be delayed until the time arrives to deliver you to your new temporary homes, in Inner Earth. Heaven has set aside a period from mere weeks to almost 14 months to serve as a transition.
We have come from all sectors of this galaxy – also from many nearby galaxies, and vast Orders and Life-Streams of Heaven. (1) We will start producing your Galactic Society, and you will be able to travel anywhere throughout this immense universe. Soon, you will move closer to Sirius and take your place in its multi-star system. In the year 2013, it is your destiny to join the Lion Beings of Sirius ‘A' and the human galactic societies of Sirius ‘B' and 'C'. In a short time, Mars will bloom once more, Venus; land of abundant oceans will teem with life. Maldek will re-emerge, and the innermost planet astronomers have named Vulcan. The Moon will become your new near-Earth ‘Space Station'. You will become as familiar with Mars as you are now with your precious Mother Earth.
Harmony and a level of global co-operation never seen before on your world will become the normal. A new system will be established that will enable you to transform the operation of your world. Adamu: Again, your perspective is not mine. From my view there is far too much going on to even begin to address this question. Some races are more active then others. Some have only a passing interest some have though their actions radically altered the whole direction of your planetary story. Also, what does “now” mean? You think linearly and that makes the question very hard to answer for one that sees a greater picture. You see we act through time. We go backwards and forwards as suits us. And sideways too – we also act in parallel time lines. All these things which are not apparent to you. And because we see how every action in every part of time impacts every other we are a little confounded by a question such as “who is here now”.
But I do understand what you are trying to get at and I will endeavor to answer this in the way you are asking it. Firstly there are a great many races that are passively observing. Pure curiosity as what occurs here is very special and unique.
Secondly there are a great many races here adding their light. They give energy and love so that things may move forward correctly and to the benefit of All. Do not underestimate the impact that this has!
Thirdly there are a few races that stand ready to act physically in your presence but have not done so before in your recorded history. These are beings like us. The Galactic Federation beings.
We include many races and some of those races are very closely related – sort of brothers and sisters of the same original parent race. Some you might recognize are us Pleiadians, the Sirians, the Arcturans, the Antarians, the Andromedans and those from Procyon, Aldebaran and Deneb. These are names I can place in my young friend’s mind at this time. There are others. Also others from outside of this galaxy are here. And ones who are far above such consideration as “galactic neighbourhood” or even which universe you are from.
I can say this of all of these: uniformly their agenda is the loving advancement of you as a race and your planet as a whole. We wish for you to awaken to your membership of the brotherhood of all star races. When this occurs this raising of consciousness will ripple out and this entire galaxy will be uplifted. Your planet is the lynch-pin in the whole story.
Finally there is a group which has been very active in your planetary story. They have been up and down your history and tweaked and played with your planetary story in ways that would shock you if you but knew. They are not a unified group but I group them together by their actions and their mindset. They are the Service To Self races spoken about above. They have no compunction about coming into your planetary sphere and seeing it as a resource for them to plunder. I dare say, if the Galactic Federation were not here to curtail their activities they would a long time ago have made their presence unambiguously felt. In unpleasant ways.
They are yet learning that such actions only harm themselves. I hesitate to characterize races in this group as there are elements in every race that are awakened. Just as there are even Pleiadians that are not awakened. Yes, it’s true. You may hear of some Pleiadians that have done some negative things. There are some. But I will concur with what is known amongst you that the members of the Grey race, the ones from Zeta Reticulum that have intervened with you, have not been of the most loving always.
But do have some compassion for them. They are a race that is in turmoil. They do not know how to find their connection with the divine. They do not know how to find immortality – or the survival of the soul after death. These things are beyond their grasp. It has to do with how they were created. And they believe they must find a way to integrate their consciousness with a humans body. It’s a long and complicated story.
Then there are the Orion Whites, as they are called. These are from, I suppose one might say, your own far future. They are that which becomes of the Service To Self elements of your own planetary culture. They eventually ruin their planet with their activities and badly corrupt their own DNA with all their tinkering. Now they reach back into their own mythological past… to a time before things had gone completely hay-wire. And they find you. Some of them wish to understand you and see how things went as they did. Some of them wish to simply use you for a genetic mine and to continue on their somewhat messy path.
Then there are the Reptoids. Now, this is confusing because there is a race from Alpha Draconis and then they have a sort of a child race which was created on earth a long time ago – in fact these are more earthlings that you are! This other race lives in vast caverns beneath the ground at another density. But either way, the reptoids are the least likely to be your friend if you should meet with one. The others will probably engage with you if you try. They may bargain with you, discuss things. The Reptoids are not likely to do this. They have a rather violent streak and if they are in your presence it is because they want something. And if they want something that you have they will take it. Your continued breathing not being a consideration to them.
Finally, again, please understand that it actually goes quite deeply against the grain for me to make such generalizations and categorizations. There are a great many beings of every race that are very different from that specified above. To give some context… if someone from another galaxy asked what the “Humans from Planet Earth” are like. How do you think you would be described? What would the generalization of your race be like? Think for a minute how you treat your own race… How you treat your planet… How you treat other races you come into contact with - like the planet’s animals, like the spaceships that have for no apparent reason had missiles fired at them… I could go on. Your race would be given a very poor report card. You’d be labeled violent, destructive, traumatized and insane. So are you this? Is there not a single being of light and love amongst you? Of course there are! A great many. And so you see my point. There is a little light even in the darkest night and a little shadow even in the brightest day. So this is simply to let you know that there are a great many races and cultures in the galaxy. And our friendships and connections extend a great distance beyond this galaxy. In fact the Galactic Federation of Light to which we Pleiadians belong has made connections in other galaxies with beings that have similar ideals and have forged even wider alliances based upon a common understanding of the Oneness of All.
Given all that how shall I begin to characterize what is “out there”? Who shall I tell you of? Where shall I begin? Instead I will simply tell you this. We, the Pleiadian culture are, for the most part, of unity consciousness. That means we see all other beings as brothers or, more correctly, as another manifestation of a greater Self. So we say, no matter who you are, you are I and I am you. Some cultures we see in a state of pain. Sometimes they are so confused and traumatized that they attack and attempt to destroy themselves. Such as has often happened on your planet and continues to happen in many parts.
Sometimes the “self” they attack is another space race as has happened throughout galactic history. Our galaxy is littered with war zones, old and new. There are many races here that still do not know their oneness with all. And such races are, I’m afraid, prone to aggression. And that is how I would characterize the races and the cultures: to simply divide them into Unity Consciousness and Non-Unity Conscious races. You might have heard, we often speak in terms of Service To Other and Service To Self mindsets. Well these things correlate very well because if you are of Unity Consciousness then you cannot but have a Service To Other mindset. Can you see that?
So Unity Conscious races will always try to do the very best thing they can to the benefit of All, including you. Non-Unity Conscious ones will try to do the best for themselves no matter what that does to you.
There are some races that have had dealings with your planet that are of the Non-unity Conscious mindset. They have caused some damage to your view of your star brothers. How can we be certain all of the aliens who come are friendly?
The light grid around Earth permits entry by light beings only; even if dark entities wanted to enter, they cannot approach the brilliance of that grid.
Will the human-looking ETs already on Earth keep that appearance after they identify themselves or will they shift into their original bodies?
If there was no change at all in their appearance, it is not very likely that you would believe they are from a different civilization simply on the basis of that claim; therefore we think they will choose to introduce themselves as they are in their homelands. Part of soul growth is accepting differences in peoples’ physical appearances as naturally as you do the differences in flowers and animals. And you may be quite surprised to learn that in other lifetimes, you looked just like some of the helpful visitors because they are your ancestors. Contact … has been pre-arranged prior to your birth on Earth. Behind each one is a special reason, and often it is associated with your relationship to them. You become their link with Earth, and meet many times through out of the body experiences – although you may not necessarily have a waking memory of them.
Your ancient history is littered with references to contact with extraterrestrials and their craft, and there are quite a number to be found that took place in the last few centuries. In days of old superstition was rife and contacts were misinterpreted, and sometimes attributed to the devil. Even now there are such beliefs, but with our coming they will be swept away.
Some of our non-human members may be odd looking to you, but they certainly do not look like your ideas of devils. My comments about diet elicited a lot of questions. No, I did not mean that individuals cannot enter the Golden Age unless they stop eating meat, and, yes, it's fine to eat eggs, dairy products and seafood if you know it isn't contaminated. The nutritional value of raw fruits and vegetables usually is greater than the same cooked, but some vegetables are really unappetizing raw, so cook them. Whole grain is better than bleached, pure raw milk better than pasteurized, and nuts are preferable to mints.
That a serving of red wine daily may be a good preventive for some diseases doesn't make it incumbent on nondrinkers to start imbibing. We know your “food pyramid” goes topsy-turvy whenever a new study comes out about this or that food causing some condition or previous convictions are proven false. Beautiful times lie ahead and not that far forward, and most souls now present will experience these wonderful final years to the completion of this cycle. It may seem that you are thrown around by random events, but you are directed and guided by many Beings who accompany you on your journey.
