People will have different interpretations and reasons for the changes they see taking place all around them. However, you of enlightened awareness will know that they are the positive signs of the final days of the cycle of duality. It has run its course not just through your cycle, but previous ones that saw your older civilisations come into prominence and then fade away.
Each one left a legacy behind of stories and spoken traditions that remembered the last days of Lemuria and Atlantis. Virtually all of you have had lives in one if not both of these civilisations, which spanned some 50,000 years or more. Their demise came at different times, but there were periods when they existed together.
You still retain sub-conscious memories of your own experiences of those times, and they have influenced how you react to present-day experiences. Many of you lost your lives in the cataclysms that sunk both continents and today fear still exists as many of you sense another such ending. You have been on Earth for many cycles, and mostly during the Lemurian/Atlantean epoch. They have covered thousands upon thousands of years; giving you both high and low points but each have had times of high spiritual advancement. It is time for the commencement of many revelations that will gradually increase awareness of your true past history. You have all played a part in it and no one is excluded from some degree of responsibility for the Dark Ages. You have been the creators of your own destiny and through the Law of Attraction have allowed entities of a lower vibration to take over your power. It goes back very far into your past and has followed on the fall of Atlantis. From that period of time, another cycle commenced that has seen you hit the depths of deprivation. Conversely, it has also shown you what happens when your lives are not motivated by true spiritual energies. However, your thoughts and actions are reflected back to you, and you have created another vision where the Light overcomes the darkness all around you. You have come a very long way from the days of the sinking of Atlantis. You have faced the same decisions and challenges, but this time sufficient numbers have risen up into the Light. That has saved you from destroying yourselves again, although you have passed through many low points when you were near to annihilation. The Earth could also have been destroyed, and that would have set your evolution back a long way.
Not many of you are aware of such facts, but in course of time you shall have the truth placed before you. It is important that you understand how you become absorbed by the dark energies, and such knowledge will serve you well in the future. All the experience you have ever had is held in your subconsciousness, which you can draw upon when necessary. Your recorded history is but a minute fraction— and a very inaccurate fraction at that—of your planet's universal history, which is accurately known in the continuum. For millennia darkness controlled the minds and hearts of the peoples, and lifetime after lifetime souls incarnated with the self-chosen mission to break free of that control, yet all except a very few continued to fail.
They were not bereft of the self-empowerment every being has as a god or goddess self; it is that the fear perpetrated and perpetuated by off- planet dark forces and implemented by its puppets on the planet was so pervasive that knowledge at soul level was blocked from reaching consciousness.
All the while, the light that was Earth's very life force became dimmer and dimmer. In conjunction with her choice to ascend out of the depths of third density, where her planetary body no longer could survive the ever accumulating negativity, the alignment of celestial bodies and the strategic direction of energy presented another opportunity for light to vanquish the darkness that so long had controlled life on the planet.
This time history would not be repeated. This time there would be the assistance Earth needed and requested, a massive infusion of light from other civilizations that not only would assure her survival as a planet, but also would enlighten her residents so they could make conscious choices in keeping with Earth's vision of a peaceful, healthy world where humankind lives in harmony with Nature.
Only in the timelessness of the continuum could the countless complexities needed to manifest that vision into reality be most carefully considered and arranged. A foremost consideration was the cosmic law, that Creator's gift of free will with its inseparable power of manifestation had to be honored; and because the world Earth desired would be co-created for and BY her residents, it would have to be according to what they envisioned.
Each individual manifests his or her personal life and, in combination, all the lives make up the world; so it was necessary to insure that enough of the collective minds would be enlightened, inspired and dedicated to creating the Golden Age of Earth's vision.
Of paramount importance was the balance that had to be achieved through completion of the third density karma that had been incurred by souls in their multiple lifetimes on Earth and various other places in the universe. And there was the need for souls to come from highly spiritually and intellectually evolved civilizations to be the way-showers and leaders of the souls who were less evolved.
Carrying out the mandate of God, who was honoring Earth's free will to ascend, members of galactic and intergalactic federations sought counsel of the highest beings in this universe, and out of discussions at that level, a plan was developed that would enable Earth to leave third density, where darkness thrives, and rise into fifth density, where darkness cannot exist.
During her ascension process, third density karma would have to be played out, so most roles were for very difficult experiences: impoverishment or brutally oppressive regimes; lives cut short by war, genocide, starvation, murder; grief; physical or mental debilities or incapacitation; slavery, legal injustice; family, national and international discord—everything that could assail body, mind and spirit had to be over and done with. Some souls had to be the individuals who would cause all the suffering, hardships, disharmony and death so the masses could complete their unfinished karmic experiencing.

Knowing all the ramifications of the plan, and because unconditional love for all souls is the basis for each choosing its role in the lifetimes it affects, many more souls than could inhabit the planet during the ascension decades wanted to participate. Those who were not selected to embody would contribute in other vital ways, and those who were selected looked forward to filling the roles that would let them evolve themselves at the same time they were assisting others in their spiritual growth. Eons of time ago your Earth was prepared for your coming, and was a veritable Garden of Eden. Civilizations grew and Man reached peaks of development only to repeatedly fall from grace. The higher vibrations were gradually lowered until you lost sight of your spiritual heritage. From thereon you have groveled in the darkness and lost your way, as successive civilizations were guilty of their own demise.
Your final cycle is now playing itself out and unlike previous ones is destined to signal your success. Instead of falling to the dark influences, you are now on course to move fully into the Light. It has taken our presence and that of many Light Beings from the higher realms, to guide you safely to this important time in your evolution. Wisdom Teachings Available Since the 1930s

Very few souls have been privileged to have access to the wisdom teachings of ascension which are now being revealed. Before the Earth year 1930, the secret wisdom teachings were only given to the most spiritually advanced souls by the ascended masters within the retreats and ashrams around the world. These teachings were called 'occult wisdom' which means hidden or veiled.
Also in 1930 a Divine dispensation was granted, which was the first time since the final sinking of Atlantis that the knowledge of the individual I Am Presence was given to humanity; and the transforming energies of the Violet Flame were accelerated in preparation for the forthcoming ascension process of humanity and the Earth. We have contacted many leaders over many years without success. Our aim was to offer our technologies providing a finish was put to war, and instead peace was established.
However, instead your government turned to the Space Beings you know as the Greys, and brokered a secret agreement to allow them bases on Earth in exchange for advanced technology. Many of your recent advances have come from this source, and for example you would not otherwise have had your chip or laser technology. Therefore what should have been directly for your immediate benefit through a peace agreement with us was secretly used to gain world dominance over other countries. (SaLuSa, Oct. 10, 2009.)
It seems that Ashtar had something to say to us in [1971], in a television broadcast from the the Ascended Masters, represented by the Ashtar Command.
Apparently they have made approaches to world leaders. Shortly after the deployment of nuclear weapons in World War II, the American Government received a communication from the Ashtar Command. This warned against any further development of atomic energy.
The Ashtar Command made no offer of technology. Citing that we were spiritually unable to handle that which we already possessed, they believed we would use any new technology to destroy ourselves.
Because we were on a path of self-destruction, what we needed was spiritual rather than technological help. This they offered, but it was conditional on the destruction of all nuclear weaponry. They said we should stop killing each other and learn to live in harmony. They also warned against polluting the Earth and raping her for natural resources.
The American Government rejected this overture, out of hand. After the rebuff, the Ashtar Command spoke directly to the people of America by superimposing a spoken message over television and radio broadcasts. They then repeated this procedure in other countries.
In England, for example, the “E.T. Phone Earth” occurred at 9:10 p.m. on Jan. 8, 1971 while Rex Dutta was broadcasting. The conversation with the Ashtar Command was recorded, and the transcript was published in 1972 in Rex Dutta’s book, Flying Saucer Message. The Ashtar Command also spoke over the early evening television news in southeast England. This occurred on Nov. 26, 1977.
Five transmitters had been “taken over” simultaneously so that the voice could be heard by viewers in London and the southeast, from Southampton to Kent. Television engineers were unable to trace the voice, suppress it, or stop it, and all their instruments indicated normal television transmission was in progress.
The IBA tried to assure viewers the incident was a hoax and were reluctant to release more that 30 seconds of the recorded message. However, thanks to a report in New Life Magazine, a tape recording of the message in full was obtained by Rex Dutta, and was published in the January 1978 issue of his monthly newsletter, Viewpoint Aquarius.
It was 5:12 p.m., and Ivor Mills was the newscaster on ITV Southern Television. His face was visible, but his voice was replaced, for five and a half minutes, by the voice of a representative of the Ashtar Command, and the transcript of the broadcast reads:
“We speak to you now in peace and wisdom, as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over your planet Earth. We come to warn you of the destiny of your race and your world, so that you may communicate to your fellow beings, the course you must take to avoid the disasters, which threaten your world, and the beings in our worlds around you.
“This is in order that you may share in the great awakening as the planet passes into the New Age of Aquarius. The New Age can be a time of great peace and evolution for your race, but only if your rulers are made aware of the evil forces that can overshadow their judgments.
“Be still now and listen, for your chance may not come again. For many years, your scientists, governments and generals have not heeded our warnings. They have continued to experiment with the evil forces of what you call nuclear energy. Atomic bombs can destroy the Earth, and the beings of your sister worlds, in a moment. The wastes from atomic power systems will poison your planet for many thousands of your years to come.
“We, who have followed the path of evolution for far longer than you, have long since realized that atomic energy is always directed against life (when developed along the lines [of] fission rather than fusions). It has no peaceful application (when developed in this way). Its use, and research into its use, must cease at once, or you all risk destruction. All weapons of evil must be removed.
“The time of conflict is now past. The race, of which you are a part, may proceed to the highest planes of evolution, if you show yourselves worthy to do so. You have but a short time to learn to live together in peace and goodwill. Small groups all over the planet are learning this and exist to pass on the light of the dawning New Age to you all. You are free to accept or reject their teachings, but only those who learn to live in peace will pass to the higher realms of spiritual evolution.
“Be aware, also, that there are many false prophets and guides operating in your world. They will suck your energy from you, the energy you call money, and will put it to evil from you, giving you worthless dross in return. Your inner divine self will protect you from this. You must learn to be sensitive to the voice within that can tell you what is truth, and what is confusion, chaos, and the untruth. Learn to listen to the voice of truth which is within you, and you will lead yourselves onto the path of evolution.
“This is our message to our dear friends. We have watched you growing for many years as you too have watched our lights in your skies. You know now that we are here and that there are many more beings on and around your Earth than your scientists admit. We are deeply concerned about you and your path towards the Light, and will do all we can to help now. Have no fear. Seek only to know yourselves and live in harmony with the ways of your planet Earth.
“We, of the Ashtar Galactic Command, thank you for your attention. We are now leaving the planes of your existence. When the peak of the dark forces was reigning in its broadest space, the battles for supreme domination of the universe were unimaginable horror. It was with Creator’s exception to Its law of free will—that the free will of the peak of darkness no longer could amass for its own use the free will of all souls with dark proclivity, and the ensuing release of countless souls’ free will from that peak captivity—that this widest control by the darkness was profoundly turned around. 8. Creator’s decree enraged the dark forces and intensified its stubborn determination to resist the ever-increasing light being generated by individuals’ free will choices. This light has diminished the former stronghold of dark control by exposing millennia of deception that in this moment is being literally "brought to light" with increasing momentum as more and more souls awaken to the truth that so long was hidden from their memory by intent of the darkness.
