to Operation Eagle-1. This site is devoted to documenting a project that
"Dares Greatly" to carry the spirit of the United States Space
Program.

Students from Northside High School
located in the heart of Cajun Land in south Louisiana are a part of one of
the greatest high school science programs ever; "Operation Eagle-1."
Members of "Operation Eagle-1" build and fly high power rockets
that fly on liquid fuel. This summer Eagle 1 will be launched, which is a huge rocket
that will break MACH 1 while vaporizing the clouds in huge blue sky.
Also, the "Red Rocket" built by students on the "Operation Eagle
1" team will zip through the atmosphere leaving only a
vapor trail to see. Both rockets will be flown on Hypertek motors
with advanced avionics for deployment and data control. Eagle-1 and
Red Rocket are almost complete. "Operation Eagle-1" will enter the
adventurous world of outer space between July 17-22 in Argonia, Kansas during
at LDRS XXII.
