This Monastery was founded in 1138 by the Premonstratensian Order.
Church:
The early Baroque edifice you see today dates from 1655. Ceiling murals by Kaspar Waldmann.
Monastery:
Vestibule with murals by Egid Schor. Various rooms and important Gothic collection in the Museum.
Visits can be arranged during the summer months.
