General Notes:
i) Donald Schultz, in his book 'Project Apollo ... three steps and the moon' lists this ship as being involved. However, it is not mentioned in the NASA Mission Report and there is significant doubt that it was involved.
ii ) The black cachet is the hardest to find. Only two examples have been seen on eBay during the last 12 months, both with the scarce hand cancel.

Other Notes:
1) Sold on eBay during 2015 a) 2016 b) 2019 c) 2021
2) Scan of CC cover from Dennis Dillman
