TEAMING
When
our group started this project, we were all somewhat averse to being
bound together by a long-term endeavor. Initially, group coordination
was very loose. We organized a list of tasks and priorities, which we
doled out amongst ourselves. We each were assigned with different components.
However, we soon realized that a non-synchronized unit could not function.
We steadily increased group contribution, stressing the importance of
unity. We kept our plan of maintaining a component per person, but rather
than working in isolation, we requested assistance and allowed one another
to propose suggestions. I believe that we have learned a great deal
about how to interact in order to achieve a common goal, impacting our
perception of teamwork in our lives.
