Our team communication was very poor when we initiated this endeavor. We found ourselves working as three units rather than one congregation. Gradually, communication improved, though, in a progression that is tangible to the advance of teamwork. We established an e-mail account and exchanged telephone numbers to update one another’s progress on a regular basis. We began asking for help and giving frequent updates on how we are proceeding. I believe that our realization of the importance of group communication will greatly influence how we think about future group projects.
