Eligibility Any interesting website rated no higher than R is welcome to apply for this award.
Judging criteria 1. No pop-ups.
2. No annoying Java scripts (e.g., if I can't click the back button to leave your site, you are not getting anything).
3. Maximum download: 3 minutes per page.
4. Be efficient: If ten words can do the trick, don't use twenty.
5. Be original.
6. Be sure that your site is easy to navigate (it shouldn't take more than two clicks and/or twenty seconds to find your site map).
