2. Place towel over back of head with back edge on nape of neck

3. Holding back edge of towel find the points where this edge can be made to meet at forehead

4. Grasp towel together here and twist the edges where they meet including small amount of hair

5. Continue to twist encompasing more towel and hair each time until entire bunched towel is being twisted round the hair

6. Stand up still holding twisted end of towel and flick remaining towel over back of head so it hangs behind you.
