Welcome to the SPAD UK website, the aim of this site is to promote the building and flying of cheap radio control planes made out of plastic down pipe and correx board. It is possible to build a sports 40 type airframe in about 3 hours at the cost of about £7-00. For those of you that have trouble finding supplies or are not comfortable building a SPAD we offer ARTF kits from as little as £10-00 plus postage.
