It is ION QUALITY SYSTEMS’ core philosophy to partner with its clients; therefore we provide ongoing yearly maintenance.  Following the complete installation of the ION System, ION performs periodic on-site visits consisting of up to eight hours of support.  ION will facilitate, as required new software version updates, quality system auditing, management review meeting guidance, and telephone and email support.
