The cost is $25.00 per single adult and $30.00 total for a married couple.

The deposit is equal to the amount of the monthly rent.

3. How long is the rental contract for?
The contract is for one year of rental.

4. How long does it take to find out if I have qualified for the rental property?
Generally, it takes one to two business days to
verify applications and credit history.

5. How can I get an application?
We have an application online available to print off.
