Question 1. If I list my home on www.view-a-home.com and it sells, is there a commission?
Answer= No, not at all! www.view-a-home.com is simply a medium for
you or your realtor to advertise your property (whether its for sale, or for rent)
and obtain more activity on the world wide web.

Question 2. I have listed my property with a realtor. Can I still post pictures and detailed
descriptions of my property on www.view-a-home.com for additional prospective buyer activity?
Answer= Yes, but you must use your realtor as the contact information for that property.

Question 3. Can you work with my Realtor for additional activity and advertisement?
Answer= Absolutely. Again, we have nothing to do with the commission.
This site is solely to bring more activity (24 hours a day) to your home or rental, at an affordable price.
Your realtor can post a link on their website, stating there is a pictorial tour or more photos of your
property on www.view-a-home.com and your unique assigned "Home Code" number.
The prospective buyer can click to our site, put in your "Home Code" number, and go straight
to YOUR photos, description, and contact information.

Question 4. How soon will my pictures be posted once received by www.view-a-home.com?
Answer= Our average posting time is within 24 hours.

Question 5. I don’t have a digital camera. How do I get pictures of my property on your site.
Answer= You can mail pictures to us from a general camera and they will be posted on the site.
Pictures can also be sent to us in a floppy disk or via e-mail if you have them.

Question 6. Can you send someone to take the pictures of my home?
Answer= Sorry. Unfortunately, our customers doing some of the legwork of taking their own
pictures, is what keeps our costs down and makes our service affordable for you and also
allows us to offer our services nationwide.

Question 7. What do I take pictures of and how many pictures do I take?
Answer=You can take pictures of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms,
family room and basement as wells as backyard/front view of home or even your neighborhood.
Anything that makes your home special.
We want people to have a real pictorial tour of the home you are listing.
Suggested amount of pictures to take is 15-20. Then pick the best 10 (max 1 meg). If sending the pictures in the mail, don’t worry about the size, We can manually do that--just send me the best 10 of your property. However, if sending the pictures via e-mail- send no more than 1 meg of pictures.
If this is a problem, please contact us first and we will work with you.

Question 8. I cant get my pictures attached to the e-mail to send to you, what can I do?
Answer=You can put your pictures on a disc and send them to us in the mail.
