SUBMISSIONS
Thanks for deciding to submit your Sim creation to Manics Sims!
These instructions are broken up into various sections, depending upon what you want to submit. Please provide the following information in your email. Please note that incomplete submissions might not be posted, but we'll email you to get more info before it comes to that:
1) Name (as you want it posted on the site)
2) Email Address (if you don't want it posted, please tell us)
3) Type of Creation? (i.e. object, skin, wall, etc.)
4) Credit: if this creation was cloned or copied from another user-made creation, please credit the original artist or website appropriately. We will verify that the original artist is ok with this posting as well.
5) Which category? (i.e. decorative, kitchen, pool, etc)
6) What are the statistics, if any? (i.e. hunger 6, Logic, Body, etc.)
7) Are any Expansion Packs required to use this object? Which ones?
8) Is this object enabled for Downtown, Vacation Island or Old Town? (it doesn't have to be... if it requires no expansions, it's better not to)
9) Description - write up a little something jazzy about it for the site. Include the text description exactly as it appears in the game, and feel free to add anything else to it if you want. We sometimes need to edit it slightly to suit the webpage, but we usually don't.
10) Include a .jpg file picturing your creation (that image will be posted on the site). Black backgrounds please. If you don't know how to do this, try this: View it in t-mog, blueprint, or some other object viewer (such as the game), and hit the "print screen" button on your keyboard. Then go into a paint program and hit "Ctrl V" to paste the image. Crop and alter the object and background color appropriately. You don't have to do it this way, it's just a suggestion.
11) Please zip up your file(s) using Winzip. Include the object file, .jpg file and a readme (.txt) file (only if you want).
