*POST SEASON DUMP/INTEGRITY RULE (Applies to all
leagues) No, player at anytime will be allowed to
dump their team at the end of a current season, whether
in the playoffs or out of the playoffs that award
money or pride. All owners agreeing with this article
will have to allow the commissioner of the league
to edit their roster in case an indifference occurs
during the season. There will not be any locks on
owners throughout the season for Add/Drops unless
an infraction occurs and the commissioner can fix
the problem.
*NEW PROPOSED MFGA KEEPER FOR 3 YEARS (Shad Coppock
Rule 1a9ercopper): This rule is
laid down by the commish for vote MARCH 25, 2003,
it states that any owner who keeps a player can do
so for a duration of 3 full seasons. After that time,
the owner must then keep another player off of his
team and allow the longevity keeper to enter the free
agent pool. The commissioner will keep track of this
on the official web site and notify the owner of the
pending Rule 1a9ercopper. 5-0
KIRK BRAGG - YES- Will
make the draft interesting in three years when Berkman
will be up for grabs. Will only affect some of the
owners keepers...IE...I might not keep Benitez next
year or someone else I might keep someone else on
the Rule 1a9ercopper category if this rule passes,
like a younger player instead of an older one. Just
a thought.

I
Prefer all payments to be made by PayPal.com. Shad Coppock,
Scott Coppock and Brett Myles use it and it is easy.
All you have to have is a credit card and an e-mail
address. I am thinking about requiring it for those
who do not pay on time. Let me know if you sign up!

Draft Analysis 2003:
Overall
fellas not a bad draft, I was definitely worried
about the possiblities of it becoming a disaster,
luckly no Al-Queda were present during the draft
and everything went smooth. Rob Heitman showed he
defintely will be a lifer as he was having computer
probs, drove 35 minutes from Gladstone MO to Overland
Park to one of his buddies house, computer still
did not work, then drove another 30 minutes from
there to Lee's Summit and met Kluge and I in the
war room...Balsy and dedicated...About as solid
as when he was telling stories of how he jammed
on Kooch often in pick up games...I have to say
that it was the toughest draft to figure out. There
were no trends and everyone was taking players based
on team and position needs. The top of the draft
was very sparatic and unpredictable, I complete
threw out my strategy and went with best available.
Here are some stats...
