WHAT IS A MOTHER? A mother is someone Who loves you a lot. She clothes, feeds, And houses you, For eighteen years. She’s there when You need advice. Protects you when you Need protection. When you need someone’s shoulder to cry on, She’s there. She comforts you when You are ill. A mother sees the good And the bad in us. She helps expand our Good qualities. Tries to steer us away From the bad qualities. She offers praise when You achieve , Scolds you when you Do wrong. Pushes you into doing your best. She teaches you Responsibility and independence. She believes in you. Stands up for you. A mother gives all her life For you. A mother is someone To cherish and love With all your heart. She’s someone who Deserves respect and understanding.
