Liz gets ready to expose the truth about Dr. Eve Russell, while TC fuels Eve's concern when he says that the woman should be exposed. Liz and Eve have a vicious confrontation. Gwen is upset to hear that Theresa is still begging Ethan to take her back. The two have a heated arguement. Luis overhears Sheridan telling Antonio that he is the only man that she loves. Antonio learns that he is dying! Ethan's feelings are mixed up when he has a fantasy of proposing to his ex-fiancée, Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald Crane. Ethan wonders why everybody is asking him if he is sure that he is over Theresa. Feelings of anger fill the hospital.

Sam is furious to find Grace and David together. Ivy takes advantage of this and plants more seeds of doubt in Sam's unsuspecting head. Theresa prays to God, begging him to give Ethan back to her. Whitney shares her good news with Theresa. Gwen is excited when she feels that Ethan is about to propose to her. They arrive at the Crane mansion, where Rebecca prepares a celebration. Beth and Luis run into Sheridan and Antonio at the "Lobster Shack." Luis and Sheridan have a heated confrontation. Antonio tells a horrified Beth that he knows the truth about his condition. Eve tries to get rid of Liz, who refuses to leave. Eve is horrified when Liz gives her an earful.
Wednesday October 30th, 2002
Eve desperately pleads Liz not to expose her secret. Liz is taken aback when she realizes that exposing Eve's secret will destroy her new friends, Whitney, Simone, and TC. Ivy sabatoges her wheelchair, which makes Sam bring her to the Crane mansion. Ivy and Sam interrupt Ethan and Gwen just as Ethan is about to pop the question. Theresa tries to accept that she has lost Ethan forever. Theresa is frantic when she can't find her baby! However, Phyllis (guest star Renee Raudman) calms her down when she arrives in Theresa's room with the baby, who has a fever. David comforts a distraught Grace when she worries about her husband. Rodney Van Johnson also stars.
Thursday October 31st, 2002
Tabitha remembers Timmy on Halloween night, while Cracked Connie (Special Guest Star Kacie Borrowman) tries to snap her out of it. Connie then orders Tabitha to make her a "Ken Doll." When Tabitha refuses, Cracked Connie heads down to the basement to create her male doll. Ivy and Rebecca drool over a naked Sam. Ivy and Sam trip and fall onto her bed just as a shocked Grace walks in. While staring at young couples, Beth and Luis discuss their past love. Ethan and Gwen are once again interrupted when Phyllis (guest star Renee Raudman) informs Ethan of Little Ethan's fever. Gwen is certain that Theresa is lying about her baby's condition. Sheridan and Gwen have a heart-to-heart. Rebecca tries to convince Antonio to take a shower with her!

Cracked Connie (Special Guest Star Kacie Borrowman) creates "Cecil" (Special Guest Star Arturo Gil), another living doll! Tabitha is shocked to learn that Cracked Connie had created "Cecil." Sheridan and Gwen have a heart to heart. Gwen convinces Sheridan to fight for Luis. Luis feels guilty when Beth pours her heart out to him. Sheridan is shocked over Gwen's attitude when she shares her suspicions that Theresa is faking her son's illness. Sam and Grace have it out after Grace sees Sam "in bed" with Ivy. Tabitha continues to grieve over Timmy. Theresa is frantic about her baby. Little Ethan's tempurature finally goes down. Dr. Eve Russell is shocked when she realises that Little Ethan isn't breathing–and that he has no pulse!
