Kay is upset when Simone accuses her of bringing evil back to Harmony, and creating the "dancing baby." Miguel comforts a distressed Charity. Liz's hospital test results are back, and they give her a clean bill of health. While Antonio attempts to return to the wedding, Luis and Liz continuously try to stop him. The wedding plans are stopped when Luis gets a call from Sam about the elevator situation. The elevator slowly starts falling until it is wedged between the floors. Everyone learns that Julian is also in the car. Eve and Theresa gang up on Ivy. Grace learns that Ivy does not intend to let Sam go. Whitney is disgusted by Julian's "fake sincerity," until he protects her and hurts himself. Theresa leaps into the elevator to save Ethan. John C. McDonnell guest stars.
Tuesday October 15th, 2002
Grace tries to prevent David from risking his life, and blurts out that she loves him, while a furious and jealous Sam overhears. Whitney falls through the floor of the elevator, but grabs onto the elevator railings. In an attempt to save her, Julian tries to grab Whitney's hand. Whitney screams and their dialogue is broadcast to the others through the speakers. Only a segment is heard, and the dialogue is misunderstood, causing TC, Eve, and Chad to believe that Julian is molesting Whitney. Julian saves Whitney, and she is grateful. Ethan starts to fall off of the elevator, but he is brought back to safety by Theresa. Hank arrives to see what is going on. Kay tries to convince Miguel to tell Charity the truth, after he almost does. However, her plan backfires and Miguel prepares to propose to Charity. The elevator plummets to the ground!
Wednesday October 16th, 2002
Gwen (returning actress Liza Huber) arrives at Crane Industries after hearing about the accident on the radio. Sheridan and Eve fill a confused Gwen in on the situation. The elevator plummets towards the ground, while David and Grace try to pull the emergency brake switch. David pulls the switch, which rescues the citizens from falling to their death. TC finds Julian with Whitney and begins to attack him, while Eve begs him not to. Grace and David bond while she bandages his hand from the explosion in the basement. As Tabitha takes her nap, Cracked Connie (Special Guest Star Kacie Borrowman), or "CC," conspires against her and sets out to let Hecuba (Special Guest Star Robin Strasser) out of her bottle. Tabitha stops Cracked Connie before it's too late. Gwen thinks Theresa has lost her mind when Theresa tells Gwen that Ethan doesn't want her in the ambulance car. Theresa shows her the engagement ring.
Thursday October 17th, 2002
Theresa tells Gwen that it is not her place to be with Ethan. TC starts to attack Julian. Whitney awakens and tells everybody the truth. TC is reluctant to believe, while Eve's heart is reluctant to open up to Julian. Tabitha and Charity share a close moment, while they bond over Timmy's heart. Sheridan encourages Gwen to fight for Ethan. Gwen is delighted when she overhears Ethan telling Theresa that the engagement ring was bought for Gwen. Kay confesses her love to a confused Miguel. A guilt-ridden Miguel defends himself, and makes Kay feel terrible. Kay gives Miguel a guilt-trip, and asks for one last kiss. Cracked Connie (Special Guest Star Kacie Borrowman) convinces Tabitha that Timmy's death is Charity's fault. Tabitha leads Charity to where Miguel and Kay are kissing! Luis is upset when Sheridan rushes to Antonio's side, and tells her that it is over. Sheridan is devastated. Whitney tells TC and Eve about Julian's lost love. David and Grace discuss their situation. Ivy tries to win Sam back. Sam and Ivy walk in on David and Grace.
Friday October 18th, 2002
Cracked Connie (Special Guest Star Kacie Borrowman) and Tabitha anticipate the fireworks when Charity finds out about Kay and Miguel. Charity witnesses Kay and Miguel kissing, and believes Miguel when he tells her that he is comforting Kay. Tabitha realizes that if she kills Charity, she will be killing Timmy's heart too, but Cracked Connie assures her that it is because of his love for Charity that Timmy died. Tabitha makes a plan to avenge her Timtim's death. Ethan tells Theresa that the engagement ring was bought for Gwen, and not for her. Theresa begs Ethan to take her back. Later, Gwen gloats to Theresa and smirks along the way. Gwen later visits Ethan's hospital bed. Beth plans to sleep with Luis, while her mother Mrs. Wallace (Guest Star Kathleen Noone) begs her not to. Sheridan begs Luis not to break up with her, but Luis is convinced that she loves Antonio. Sheridan is crushed when Luis walks out on her.
