Dr. Eve Russell examens an ill Gwen. Ethan is shocked beyond belief when he learns that Gwen plans to move to New York. TC and Liz grow closer and closer. Mrs. Wallace (Special Guest Star Kathleen Noone) sneaks into Julian's bathroom to steal precious jewelry and decorations. The two have an interesting encounter when Mrs. Wallace finds the one and only Julian Crane! Theresa tries to give Antonio some hope. Julian tricks Theresa into signing away all of her rights as Mrs. Julian Crane. After several attempts at stopping Sheridan and Luis tell Antonio the truth, Beth has decided never to let go of Luis. Luis decides to use his and Sheridan's love scrapbook to break the news to Antonio. When the book is opened in front of his eyes, Antonio is shocked.

Kay convinces Simone to destroy Whitney's tennis games. Julian, after living in a house full of three wives, is reluctant to marry a stern Rebecca, who threatens to testify against him in court. Ivy insists that Ethan change his mind. Ethan refuses to. Ivy then delivers an ultimatum–that Ethan must choose between Theresa and his own mother. An eavesdropping Theresa is thrilled when Ethan stands up to his mother. Later on, Theresa gloats to an infuriated Ivy, and disconnects her new wheelchair's battery! When Sheridan and Luis's scrapbook is opened in front of his eyes, Antonio is shocked. Eve and Pilar are terrified to learn that Antonio went blind upon opening the book. Sheridan is relieved that Antonio doesn't know anything yet.

Sam is furious when Grace refuses to make love to him. Later, Sam is even more frustrated when Grace refuses to obtain a full divorce from David, instead of an annulment. Sam is hurt when Grace decides to take John some soup and tomato soup cake instead of talking to her "husband." Gwen breaks the news of her pregnancy to Ethan, while a stunned Ethan is confused. Dr. Eve Russell announces that Antonio could leave this world at any minute. Liz and Eve face off. Liz decides that no matter what Eve says, does, or tried to do in the past, she will have her revenge on the Russells and the Bonuses.

Must-See-Passions episode!
Tabitha decides to take a nap after Cracked Connie (Special Guest Star Kacie Borrowman) and "Cecil" (Special Guest Star Arturo Gil) complain about her cooking. Tabitha suggests they read Hidden Passions. Later, Cracked Connie makes a passionate pass at a reluctant Cecil. The two accidentally release the dancing babies. Tabitha is awoken from her terrifying dream. Ethan tells Sam his problems. Theresa continues to gloat. Liz is upset that Luis is so intent on telling Antonio the truth.

Sheridan tries to stop Luis from telling Antonio the truth. Antonio says that Luis's feelings for Sheridan is getting in the way of things. Grace is extremely upset when she hears Sam confessing to Ethan, that if he had known Ivy was pregnant, then he would have married her. Grace realizes that Sam is being hypocritical, and she calls him on it. Sam defends himself and refuses to admit the similarity between the situations: that Sam wants to make up for lost time with Ethan, while Grace wants to make up for lost time with John. Sam says the difference is that David is scheming to steal Grace. Grace tells Sam that Ivy is scheming to steal him as well! Gwen has a strange experience. Ivy and Rebecca taunt Theresa now that the tables have turned. Theresa is horrified as they gleefully inform her that Gwen is having Ethan's baby. She angrily confronts her rival and accuses Gwen of lying. Ethan arrives to settle the messy situation with the two women.
